When I was a child, whenever it rained my mum would wake my brother, sister and me up (my dad worked night),turn off all the lights and turn the sofa to face the windows. We would all sit there with hot chocolate and listen to the storm while waiting to see the lightning, we lived on a hill and could see for miles. We all grew up to absolutely love thunderstorms and do similar things with our children. I found out recently that my mum hated them and was terrified but by waking us up and pretending she loved them she found she could cope.
This story made my day!

Beaches are the best places to go. They're so calming and I really like this and I think its beautiful with no music and just natural sounds.
Helps my anxiety loads and calms me down when I have a panic attack. My close friends and family have to play this to me to get me back in control
I love the sound without music, to those who are struggling with grief due to the loss of a loved one, I lost my son three years ago and listening to this helps me stay calm and have peace. May God uphold you with his right hand, it's ok if you're not ok today, tomorrow or the next day, there is no timeline of grief, and please let no one tell you how to grief, know you are definitely alone, take care.
I've worked at sea much of my life, and lived on the beach . i have watched quite a few of these seacoast videos, and i think that this is perhaps one that stands out above the rest . the beautiful scenery, with the natural sounds of the ocean, just melts stress away . it's primeval tones run deep in our subconscious . it's where we all come from.

The ocean sounds are my favorite cuz my parents used to take me to Poipu Beach, Kauai. From our lanai you could hear the waves roll in & out all night. So beautiful! Good memories.

I have to share this with you. My roommate's large, mixed breed hunting dog is an anxious fellow. His "mom" is in the hospital and was his usual whiney pacing anxious self. When I went to bed, I put on this video as I do every night. He slept on my bed and barely moved all night. He was a much calmer and slower (mediTated) animal. Did the same last night, same thing today. Thank you for making this video.

i love these sounds of the ocean waves, they are so soothing for the mind and body..it's great for breathing exercises..it helps you focus too.
My cats love this. As soon as I get ready for bed and turn it on it like they know that I am going to sleep. They love it too and keeping it loud feels so much like I am on this beach which by the way is very lovely. I am a mountain person but the waves to sleep with is just heavenly.

This has helped me so much. I have a bad sleep apnea combined with a upper nasal infection that I can't get rid of.The snoring is hard to control and I lose a lot of sleep. I miss the sea so much and grew up around it and on it for much of my earlier life so this video is like a tranquilizer to my senses. Thanks so much. What a beautiful view too!
Try a Neti pot to flush sinuses and eat turmeric, garlic, horseradish in your food. All are wonderful for the sinus infection. It works great for me.

This is the best video/audio I’ve found, no birds, people noises, music, voiceovers or any disturbances whatsoever and it’s over an hour long, a full 8 hours so when I wake up it’s still playing to set my mind straight for the day

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwe. That's very sweet. As you get your day started think of the poor fish in the sea. They're right in the midst of all that, and yet, they're not given ears to be be able to hear these beautiful sounds that God's nature makes for us. The funny thing is, with the exception of seals and sea lions, maybe the birds, most of the 25,000,000 species of animals on God's earth planet never really get to hear the sounds of the ocean or waves crashing on the beach. I wonder why that is? I think God made it like that because the ocean must speak a certain language that only people can hear because God is speaking to us directly. Or ... maybe the sounds are like a portal we're to gravitate towards because it is through that we're then able to see the face of God; incrediboly enough ... through sound. Man's vibratory down link to the bridge of the Mother Ship.
