I find the point at 4:50 incredible! There's also the aspect that if you're studying or working or whatever in the evening, you subconsciously know you can just push it a couple hours further into the night, so you might be inclined to take longer breaks or get distracted by useless stuff; whereas in the morning you have a time limit (because at some point you'll just HAVE to go to school or uni or your job), and so you feel more motivated to get the things that need to be done done NOW!
Hard work beats talent every time, remember that. All you gotta do is just start something and go with it. Last year I started dancing even though I thought I would never look good. Now, finally after a year, I am confident to say that I am a decent dancer. Just try something!
@@beyondtheunknown9876 you're as useless as you tell yourself. Honestly! Right now grab the nearest piece of paper and a pen and write down "I'm gonna prove to myself this week I'm far from useless." Now write just ONE thing you'll do to prove that. You could do a walk each day, learn about a topic, or start a new hobby no matter how out there it is. So many people just think they're hopeless at something and really they just don't realise the reason is because they're not trying at it. And I mean actually trying, not try for a bit and give up. Just try, it could change your life like it changed mine.

I'm a morning person and a couple weeks ago i started waking up at 4am and i cannot tell you how much my life has changed because of that decision. I'm able to get most of my studying done before most peoples day even starts and in the morning your brain is at 100% where as in the afternoon it is lower. So not only am i able to get more done, I'm also able to take in more information. If you're a morning person this your sign to start waking up at 4am !
How to wake up early 4am ??????? 1. Plan Ahead(the night before) 2. Prepare your clothes 3. Sleeping early at 8pm 4. Start working when you get up 5. Hide your phone (night before) no 📲 6. Doing your morning routine(mediation,journal,reading) Love yourself and Do it for you not to impress others. REPEAT REPEAT REPEAT 🔁 I see you already killing it 💪🤩
u can sleep at 10.30pm and keep your alarm at 4.00 am before u go to sleep ready your books and clothes .wake up go and connect ur phone to charger mute ur phone orelse off ur wifi networks and study for hours.

You can be that too! Just a small decision goes a long way! You won’t like it right away but enjoy the process. Think In a year from now how it will make you a much better person mentally physically and spiritually

Honestly that definitely doesn't work for me. I'm the type where only dramatic changes and kinda shocks can move me. So a mont ago when I first watched this video I immediately wanted to try and I did start with slow progression, but it didn't work. However, the drastic change from waking up around 9am to waking up at 4am truly shook me and made me do it. Same goes with other things, such as workout. For example, if I start with 10 repeats of abs it's unlikely I'll stick to it. But if I go immediately with 50 repeats, and truly get myself to almost breaking point, that will make me do it again. Don't mess it up, I'm not masochistic 😂. I just have weird sense of satisfaction when I push myself to the boundaries and still manage to keep standing. My brain the next day is like "if you could do it yesterday, you can do it today. MOVE UP YOU LAZY ASS" 😂 Oh and thank you for motivating me!
I actually did that !! I used to wake up at 10 am then I switched to 8 then 7 then 6 then 5 and finally after one month .. now I can wake up at 4 without any problem 👍😊💜
I tried waking up at 5 in the morning since the last month, but unfortunately the fight between me and snoozing off my alarm, my alarm won every time. I am again motivated to wake up early after seeing this video, so let us see at what time I get up tomorrow!
external motivation is temporary, internal is worth looking for dude, its just you wasting time looking for someone to tell you study or whatever. Look for internal motivation.

I am a 10th grader student & I wake up at 4:00 am every day. The entire day I feel cheerful & motivated to study. In India, we even have a "4 am club" & "5 am club" for those who wake up at 4am or 5am respectively.
when I wanna wake up like at 4 am, my dad says that he don't wanna hear the alarm at 4 am, when he is sleeping, so I have to wake up at 7-8 am.😕 in Russia we don't have clubs like this, so I'm really impressed by your comment, because I didn't know that stuff like that is existing.

To everyone, just bcz u are not waking up at 4 or 5 am,u don't have to feel bad.Everyone has their own sleep schedules and times Some may be a night owl, some may be an early riser.Just manage your time accordingly to your own convenience.Thats it
Unfortunately our societies are built for early birds, and night owls are called lazy and unproductive (even tho it's all up to good time management, not time of waking up). As a night owl I don't understand glorification of waking up very early, like, we all have the same amount of hours in a day. I used to wake up at 4 because I had to and man, I was miserable af, mostly because I am physically unable to fall asleep before 11pm. This is just my genetically inherited trait, not something I should fight to be perceived as productive. For early birds: I am glad it works for you, you do you.

Its baffling why people think that's cool or impressive, it just shows that you dont sleep enough, you recover when you sleep, interrupting your sleep to train is incredibly dumb, night is meant for sleep, that's in our subconscious since the beginning
put your alarm on something you have to stand up for to reach and also put a big glas of water next to it so you will have to stand up and also the water will refresh you in the morning :)

I’m back to THANK you for this life changing advice. The first day I woke up at 4:00 AM, I thought I would hate it, but I woke up relieved! This is going into 2 weeks of waking up at 4 in the morning & I feel more motivated through the day to get my work down early or on time. If your debating on trying it, don’t even think about it, START & see how impactful it is.
Yes you are right i also become very productive.topics that i have to learn .i learned them quickly at 4 am.it helped me in passing 9 and 10 grade.with good numbers.
My final exams for 9th grade are going on, and I stumbled upon this video while going through youtube (for the first time today, i did extremely poorly in my math exam so i was pretty demotivated) but after seeing this, I think I'll start making it a habit to wake up at 4am and study from my next academic year (assuming i pass all my exams). Hopefully in 10th grade I wont mess up any of my exams.

Exam weeks : Sleep at 10.30-11 wake at 3.30 take a bath, cup of tea and revise. Ordinary schl day : Sleep at 11 wake at 5.30 Holiday : Sleep at 11 wakes at 7.30.
if you have a loud family this is impossible to do. :( I tried waking up at 5am and in order to get 8 hours of sleep I need to sleep at 9:00. My family eats dinner at 9:00 pm and my brother is loud until 11:00 pm. Now I sleep at 11:00 pm and wake up at 7:00am. This schedule is perfect for me and I am productive during all hours.
same here, i don't have a room cause my g0ddamn cousin is staying there and I am sleeping next to my grandmother who keeps snoring very loudly every night. and the most stressful thing is, i sometimes sleep at 11 or 12am because of my family's noises😐
my mom and dad stay up till 2AM WITH THE T.V ON or they just keep on chatting very loudly in their bedroom next to me so I feel you we all used to sleep at 9/8 pm I don't know what happened ever since quarantine ughhhh
@@barathytharmaseelan6688 i usually don't ! i tend to settle with a light workout in the morning as in to keep me running but not get me tired, and make sure to have nice and filling meals, usually fruits too. coffee used to be a need but now i use it on days i feel very drowsy. and if you find it difficult to get up every day, try doing it alternatively. get up one day at 4, be more productive, whereas focus on getting more rest the next day. that works best for me.

A few months back, I used to wake up at 3 am just to memorise things and study, and yep it was worth it (for that time). I kept it going for about 2 months, then I started to realise that I was really sleepy during school and just couldn't focus. So guys, remember to take care of yourself too. Don't try to wake up at early times if it'll make you lose focus during school. Anyways, stay safe guys. Good luck on your studies and exams!
it makes sense that you were really sleepy in school then! if you slept earliest 11pm, you only get four hours of sleep compared to 8pm to 4am which is the healthy eight hours.

Our junior high teacher also told us to wake up at 4am and I tried doing it for three days, preparing for the exam. It really worked! I felt like all I studied were absorbed by my mind. For now, I had stopped. I'll try doing this tomorrow. Thank you, Faye!
@@edislam1666 When I wake up at 4am, I just feel alive or more awake than I would feel when I wake up at 7 or 8 am. sleep early so that you can sleep for 7-8hrs. Maybe this technique does not work for everyone, but i hope it will work for you soon.

This routine I followed before 1 month of my exams and guess what I got 92% in my boards nowadays I can't maintain this but i will try to follow this routine again it makes whole day productive!!

Me every night was tiered as well, then I just say to myself: Sleep now and get up early to finish work. The truth is I can never get up on time, this ends up being me not finishing my work and doing nothing.

Sameee, I just wake up and then fighting with myself to get up and start doing something. And it ALWAYS ends up on doing nothing and thinking "ok, so you woke up early just because... Yes exactly" I get distracted very easily in the morning and I feel like it's harder for me to work/study in the morning than in the evening
I did this last semester and it was sooooOoOOO effective. However, my body clock became a mess after the holiday break last December. I tried repeating what i did before, but could'nt. I came across this vid and made me realize once again the benefits of waking up early. I woke up a bit late today, but ill make sure to wake up early tomorrow. Discipline is also a must in order to have consistency in everything we do. Tale care everyone! We will get there. Slowly, but surely! 😉
when i was a lot younger i used to wake up like at 4 am and so..i was really active....i always wanted to be the first one in the house to wake up...now it seems really difficult even to try...i am pursuing a professional qualification nd in the prelims exams i even had a national level rank...nd then covid happened ..i got graduated nd now i m cmpltly at home studying....everything seeems way difficult than it used to be..i just wish i can soon get out of this phase...nd yea this is my third attempt to my inter exams every time i failed i told myself its okey i'll try harder..now i feel myself getting distanced from everything...it feels good to let it all out here

I also used to wake up early, around 5am, but lately, I just feel so demotivated about everything and so, even though I have a lot of things to do, I ended up procrastinating and get even more demotivated. But thanks to your vid, I got inspired to go back again to how I was before and to start a new productive routine🐔🐔
I used to do that too. It just means u need more sleep than average. Motivation goes down gradually because you don't realise the brain fog each passing day. If u do need to wake up at 5, make sure u sleep much much much earlier so that u get the ample amount of sleep. For me I feel groggy if I don't get more than 8 hrs. I can survive for 5 days to a lil over a week with 6 hours on project submission weeks, but the sleep debt will be impossible to feel good again until I sleep till noon the next few days. Basically, just think if the motivation crash would be worth it and adjust from there.

For me personally, waking up at 5am is the sweet spot since I find it hard to sleep early. 4am just does not work for me. I end up sleepy after doing it for 3 days consecutive. Just like faye did by tweaking the cornell note taking method, I also tweaked the 4am rule into 5am to fit my body clock. I'm sure I'm not the only one doing this.

I believe its the fact that u sleep less than the recommended 8 hrs. Especially after straining ur eyes with electric screen light till 4 am. Also it broke ur circadian rhythm.

This is a great video! I love the message about it being something you choose to do. When I was a kid it was easy for me to wake up early but as I got older it was not possible due to my dysfunctional household. So I’d like to say, if there are any teens here that are limited or not able to do what they want to do due to family life- I say fight for the respect you deserve and perhaps find ways to limit distractions from sleep (be it white noise or some noise cancelling options). I hate looking back and thinking about my limitations and how it just wasn’t possible to overcome them, and implore others to live the life they want for themselves.
I love this kind of motivational and informative videos on how people can be productive and be efficient on chasing and becoming the person they want to be. Just don't push yourself if you can't wake up early because you'll just feel sleepy throughout the day. Remember, a person's productivity depends on the times they mostly likely are active or has that pent up energy going. People are; a morning person or a night owl. So, sometimes people are productive during the morning while others are productive at night. Know when you feel like doing something. If you feel like you mostly do things or productive during mornings, then you can try waking up at 4 am. If you feel/think you are more efficient during afternoons or evening. Productivity doesn't rely solely on waking up early. Know what is best for you and what makes you efficient.
I have been following this routine since 2017 and it has helped me a lot. When I wake up at 4 o'clock I don't procrastinate, I can easily complete my daily schedule and am satisfied with my results, but when I get up late I feel guilty and not in the mood to study. By waking up at 4 o'clock you can study 8 hrs a day easily.
I have been waking up at 5am since I was 12... So it has been 4 years already and I've seen the difference. I feel better and happier as I get the free 2-4hours of free time. If I feel tired I can spend an extra 30minutes in bed because I know I don't have to hurry anywhere. If I have a presentation that day I can get ready by reading it multiple times. My life feels less anxious and stressful, I could never go back to the old habit of having only 30m-1h of free time on the mornings.
I started waking up at 5 am a week ago and I love it. Starting tomorrow, I will have zoom college classes from 8:15-4:30 pm and I look forward to getting my day started off right before classes every day. I wake up, say my mantra, light a candle, meditate, do yoga, do a Chloe Ting routine, cold shower, read, practice French, eat, and then class!
I feel the same tho, I can't really focus if study at night. Whenever exam is around the corner, I would sleep at 9-10 and wake up at 2 to study and memorizing. It hits different for me than just stay up late. For me, when it comes to exam, sleep is not that important anymore, because I can reclaim it after exams. but, this is not suggested at all.

I’ve been getting up early cuz my high school is 2 hours away and I’m Muslim (we have an early morning prayer). I really don’t notice much when getting up early cuz I’ve been doing it for most of my life to pray and it’s interesting to actually see the results other people get my getting up early since I can’t see/notice them ❤
I'm currently preparing for a pre-medical competitive exam + managing my school studies. I wake up at 6 in the morning and start studying till 6:45 am beleive me its totally life changing and i feel so motivated and productive.

I'm a morning person and a couple weeks ago i started waking up at 4am and i cannot tell you how much my life has changed because of that decision. I'm able to get most of my studying done before most peoples day even starts and in the morning your brain is at 100% where as in the afternoon it is lower. So not only am i able to get more done, I'm also able to take in more information. If you're a morning person this your sign to start waking up at 4am !

Honestly that definitely doesn't work for me. I'm the type where only dramatic changes and kinda shocks can move me. So a mont ago when I first watched this video I immediately wanted to try and I did start with slow progression, but it didn't work. However, the drastic change from waking up around 9am to waking up at 4am truly shook me and made me do it. Same goes with other things, such as workout. For example, if I start with 10 repeats of abs it's unlikely I'll stick to it. But if I go immediately with 50 repeats, and truly get myself to almost breaking point, that will make me do it again. Don't mess it up, I'm not masochistic 😂. I just have weird sense of satisfaction when I push myself to the boundaries and still manage to keep standing. My brain the next day is like "if you could do it yesterday, you can do it today. MOVE UP YOU LAZY ASS" 😂

I actually did that !! I used to wake up at 10 am then I switched to 8 then 7 then 6 then 5 and finally after one month .. now I can wake up at 4 without any problem 👍😊💜

I am a 10th grader student & I wake up at 4:00 am every day. The entire day I feel cheerful & motivated to study. In India, we even have a "4 am club" & "5 am club" for those who wake up at 4am or 5am respectively.

Unfortunately our societies are built for early birds, and night owls are called lazy and unproductive (even tho it's all up to good time management, not time of waking up). As a night owl I don't understand glorification of waking up very early, like, we all have the same amount of hours in a day. I used to wake up at 4 because I had to and man, I was miserable af, mostly because I am physically unable to fall asleep before 11pm. This is just my genetically inherited trait, not something I should fight to be perceived as productive.

My final exams for 9th grade are going on, and I stumbled upon this video while going through youtube (for the first time today, i did extremely poorly in my math exam so i was pretty demotivated) but after seeing this, I think I'll start making it a habit to wake up at 4am and study from my next academic year (assuming i pass all my exams). Hopefully in 10th grade I wont mess up any of my exams.

if you have a loud family this is impossible to do. :( I tried waking up at 5am and in order to get 8 hours of sleep I need to sleep at 9:00. My family eats dinner at 9:00 pm and my brother is loud until 11:00 pm. Now I sleep at 11:00 pm and wake up at 7:00am. This schedule is perfect for me and I am productive during all hours.

@@barathytharmaseelan6688 i usually don't ! i tend to settle with a light workout in the morning as in to keep me running but not get me tired, and make sure to have nice and filling meals, usually fruits too. coffee used to be a need but now i use it on days i feel very drowsy. and if you find it difficult to get up every day, try doing it alternatively. get up one day at 4, be more productive, whereas focus on getting more rest the next day. that works best for me.

A few months back, I used to wake up at 3 am just to memorise things and study, and yep it was worth it (for that time). I kept it going for about 2 months, then I started to realise that I was really sleepy during school and just couldn't focus. So guys, remember to take care of yourself too. @@edislam1666 When I wake up at 4am, I just feel alive or more awake than I would feel when I wake up at 7 or 8 am. sleep early so that you can sleep for 7-8hrs. Maybe this technique does not work for everyone, but i hope it will work for you soon.

I did this last semester and it was sooooOoOOO effective. However, my body clock became a mess after the holiday break last December. I tried repeating what i did before, but could'nt. I came across this vid and made me realize once again the benefits of waking up early. I woke up a bit late today, but ill make sure to wake up early tomorrow. I also used to wake up early, around 5am, but lately, I just feel so demotivated about everything and so, even though I have a lot of things to do, I ended up procrastinating and get even more demotivated. But thanks to your vid, I got inspired to go back again to how I was before and to start a new productive routine🐔🐔
I used to do that too. It just means u need more sleep than average. Motivation goes down gradually because you don't realise the brain fog each passing day. If u do need to wake up at 5, make sure u sleep much much much earlier so that u get the ample amount of sleep. For me I feel groggy if I don't get more than 8 hrs. I can survive for 5 days to a lil over a week with 6 hours on project submission weeks, but the sleep debt will be impossible to feel good again until I sleep till noon the next few days. Basically, just think if the motivation crash would be worth it and adjust from there.

For me personally, waking up at 5am is the sweet spot since I find it hard to sleep early. 4am just does not work for me. I end up sleepy after doing it for 3 days consecutive. Just like faye did by tweaking the cornell note taking method, I also tweaked the 4am rule into 5am to fit my body clock. I'm sure I'm not the only one doing this.

I believe its the fact that u sleep less than the recommended 8 hrs. Especially after straining ur eyes with electric screen light till 4 am. Also it broke ur circadian rhythm.

This is a great video! I love the message about it being something you choose to do. When I was a kid it was easy for me to wake up early but as I got older it was not possible due to my dysfunctional household. So I’d like to say, if there are any teens here that are limited or not able to do what they want to do due to family life- I say fight for the respect you deserve and perhaps find ways to limit distractions from sleep (be it white noise or some noise cancelling options).
I hate looking back and thinking about my limitations and how it just wasn’t possible to overcome them, and implore others to live the life they want for themselves.
I love this kind of motivational and informative videos on how people can be productive and be efficient on chasing and becoming the person they want to be. Just don't push yourself if you can't wake up early because you'll just feel sleepy throughout the day.
Remember, a person's productivity depends on the times they mostly likely are active or has that pent up energy going. People are; a morning person or a night owl. So, sometimes people are productive during the morning while others are productive at night. Know when you feel like doing something. If you feel like you mostly do things or productive during mornings, then you can try waking up at 4 am. If you feel/think you are more efficient during afternoons or evening.
Productivity doesn't rely solely on waking up early. Know what is best for you and what makes you efficient.

I have been following this routine since 2017 and it has helped me a lot. When I wake up at 4 o'clock I don't procrastinate, I can easily complete my daily schedule and am satisfied with my results, but when I get up late I feel guilty and not in the mood to study. By waking up at 4 o'clock you can study 8 hrs a day easily.

I have been waking up at 5am since I was 12... So it has been 4 years already and I've seen the difference. I feel better and happier as I get the free 2-4hours of free time. If I feel tired I can spend an extra 30minutes in bed because I know I don't have to hurry anywhere. If I have a presentation that day I can get ready by reading it multiple times.
My life feels less anxious and stressful, I could never go back to the old habit of having only 30m-1h of free time on the mornings.

I started waking up at 5 am a week ago and I love it. Starting tomorrow, I will have zoom college classes from 8:15-4:30 pm and I look forward to getting my day started off right before classes every day. I wake up, say my mantra, light a candle, meditate, do yoga, do a Chloe Ting routine, cold shower, read, practice French, eat, and then class!
So productive!
I feel the same tho, I can't really focus if study at night. Whenever exam is around the corner, I would sleep at 9-10 and wake up at 2 to study and memorizing. It hits different for me than just stay up late. For me, when it comes to exam, sleep is not that important anymore, because I can reclaim it after exams. but, this is not suggested at all.
u can go blank during exam if u dont get enough sleep tho

I’ve been getting up early cuz my high school is 2 hours away and I’m Muslim (we have an early morning prayer). I really don’t notice much when getting up early cuz I’ve been doing it for most of my life to pray and it’s interesting to actually see the results other people get my getting up early since I can’t see/notice them ❤
I'm currently preparing for a pre-medical competitive exam + managing my school studies. I wake up at 6 in the morning and start studying till 6:45 am beleive me its totally life changing and i feel so motivated and productive.

@@somebody2116 even 5 is not healthy. Normally for a teenager it’s around 8 hours. I personally wake up at 5 am and sleep at 9pm. I think this influencer in this video forgot to mention the most important thing : to get enough sleep. This is even harmful to forget talk about that fact…
