My husband’s grandmother gave me this recipe when we married in 1973.
I have been using this all of these years!

Hi- this looks like a wonderful method - does your liquid remain totally clear in the jar after a few days? Mine is slightly cloudy. Enjoyed your inspiration and direction.

If you water bath you don't have to use vinegar. And you only need to boil for 2 minutes, pints process for 25 minutes, quarts 45 minutes. "So Easy to Preserve" Cooperative Extension The University of GA. Thank you for advocating for safe processes.

Wrong... the recipe in the So Easy to Preserve book clearly states that it is pressure canned not water bathed which is why vinegar is not used.

Good afternoon, enjoyed the okra canning instructions. I printed out the recipe directions to try this out. The one thing I noticed in the video you mentioned on the water bath canning for 10- 15 minutes. On the paper copy of the recipe it has water bath for 15 - 20 minutes. Which one is correct on water bath?

How do you use this? I am assuming the natural slime is in this. So please give us a video showing uses.

Wrong in so many way's, just my opinion, not trying to upset anyone but I go by (NATIONAL CENTER FOR HOME FOOD PRESERVATION) Like I said just my opinion. things has to be water bath or pressure canned to kill botulism depending on what it is.
