I love how they called it 60i when the SAME engine with the same power used to be 50i
Same power & torque correct, but it’s a completely different engine the S68 M Engine but detuned
not the same engine. the M60i now uses a detuned s68 engine (this is the new V8 that's in the XM/X5M/X6M and the upcoming M5) while the M50i uses the N63
As per BMW the M60i officialy produces the same amount of HP as the M50i 530hp, however it's already known that the M60i produces quite a bit more HP then the M50i in real world testing.

It's a totally different engine. The M50i was a crossplane V8. The M60i is a flatplane engine.

Is the top speed of the x6 m60i 155 mpH or 130 mph? BMW USA website states its 130 mph... in the video it went up to 156 mph though?
What happened to the upshift sounds and the pops and bangs?
very good question... couldnt they mate it to a new engine and still keep the sound it makes at all???

No, the 750i had a different engine. The 60i has the s68.

No sound needs exhaust work straight away so add 2k on from factory price. Looks ugly as too, but at least it has a V8 (looking at you merc)
That doesn't sound like a V8, more like a 4 cylinder! The 6 cylinder from BMW also sounded more powerful😂

@@jarkkohaimakainen2378 I didn't want to make fun of BMW! I drive an x4 2019 30d myself! I find it funny and at the same time a shame what the EU requires. The look of the new x6 is very brutal. The v8 certainly sounds better in real life than in the video. With a good exhaust system there is certainly a good sound

I've warned you a while ago AutoTopNL and autotopNL fans that Overposting mid content will kill this channel, and look bad it averages 20-30 k on views/clip and every once in a while 100k + if he is lucky with the algorim, i'm not a hater i just say what i see, and this channel wasnt suppose to be a mid channel content, but that what it becomes, carowow in the next on the list but it might take another year or two til it dies
i know its not easy to mentain a channel relevant for so many years and i probably would do a worse job than Max at mentaing it , but i with that would not be the outcome in the end
How do you get to drive all these cars? Do they let you when you show them your channel or something? just curious
Some are press cars and some are viewers cars, press cars get given out all the time so they can be advertised to generate sales without spending money on advertising itself

Did the X6 get slower? I thought these were claimed to be much much quicker than this. Mid 11s 1/4 and mid 3s to 60... or is that only the M and M Comp variant?
X6M Competition is around 3.7 sec.

because the s68 has 2 turbos. Thats why
Its not the typical 1 twinscroll turbo
It is a Biturbo because it has 2 turbo chargers. And it is also a Twin Turbo because these 2 turbo chargers are identical (2 twins).

I like your channel but I guess your videos are getting boring... you used to drive for longer just like new yt channels are doing, you used to drive also at night crusing and sometimes pushing a bit, nowadays it's more of the same. Also you do not drive normal cars only expensive and facy ones.

How the hell did they manage to make such a good sounding and wonderful engine sound so fucking bad, my 4 cyl diesel sounds better... this has to stop. Its ok that they make stuff for the chinese market but this eu regulations make no sense and people in countries like mine ain't paying premium for this garbage.

Die Kiste ist genauso schnell wie sie sein könnte. Das ist eine 2,4tonnen Schrankwand mit Stirnfläche und cw wert des Todes. Der geht schon gut für das, was er ist. Suvs sind immer meilensteine langsamer. Mein G42 M240i ist schneller als so ziemlich alle BMW SUVs. 100-200 sogar genauso schnell wie ein X5m und XM.
Und der kleine hat dann gute 250-300ps weniger
