Wow. I knew this guy looked kinda familiar.I used to work in smell distance of arnold's bbq. that was some damn good Q.hated to see it close.

This is the best bbq in Dallas. I found Trey (my Brother from Another Mother) and Arnold his dad (My Adopted Father) in the mid 80's. I have seen Trey grow to the master smoker he is today. If you ever want to met someone with an amazing personality and eat great bbq please look Trey up. And Silverado Ranch with Papa Arnold is the best catering experience and event planning
