You may need a different type of corneal surgery . It depends on what the reason for band shaped keratopathy is and how deep is the keratopathy .

Is dalk corneal transplant safe and what is the recovery time
Dear sir , it is very safe in experienced hands. That being said, it is a relatively complex procedure . It is not as easy or routine laser or C3r which is much more predictable . Recovery varies case to case but 1 week is an average time when you can start to see . Final spectacle power if any is prescribed at 1 month . After that all drops are also stopped usually .
I am suffering from keratoconus from past 12 years,i cant able to see clearly,so i go with c3r 5 years back,but my vision not improved after that,now i wear glass but not see clearly,can i go with this surgery?please tell sir?is DMEK can use to treat keratoconus?
Dmek is for different corneal problems . Keratoconus vision can be improved with other treatments such as SmartSurfACE , or Contact lenses /Intacs or DALK . You can consult and we can see what best can be done . See my other videos on keratoconus .

Sir, Give me some advice not only me but many of them are confused about CAIRS ( corneal allogeneic implantable ring segments) it's success rate for kerotoconus and ectisia. Do you recommend it? Is that replacement of intacs in terms of efficiency and vision clarity?
I’m sorry , I have no experience of CAIRS. It has certain advantages over INTACS but I don’t know about it’s efficacy vs INTACS ( there is not much data available yet ) . Work is on to automate the process of making CAIRS segments using the Ziemer Femtosecond laser , the machine which we have at our centre for Blade-free lasik and CLEAR
