Why don't these luxury goods companies improve their quality to a point where they are less susceptible to counterfeiting? Isn't that a problem they have to face? Instead of paying $200 to buy a perfect replica, a *gtdupe* helped me a lot.

Thank you for sharing! I’m glad you got your bags back! Something similar happened to me, but it was my mistake. I was shipping a few things right around the holidays and I used the wrong label! I was supposed to send I bag I was selling to Fashionphile and I attached a return label from another company. Fashionphile never received my bag and they told me the label they sent to me was not used. I was shipping several things in that day, so I wasn’t sure what label I used for the bag! It was a YSL small Lou Lou. I tried to work with UPS and they told me that this happens many times and it may show up. I thought it won’t but after about 2 months the package arrived back to my door! I accidentally sent it to JCrew and they sent it back to me when they realized the content was not theirs. I was so happy to know that there’s honesty out there and JCrew was so nice to send it back to me. now I’m super careful when I mail anything.

i am extremely bothered that Chanel will not repair! they are charging Hermes prices but won't fix it! come on! Hermes and LV have spas. Question- who did you insure it with or whom do they insure with? i only ask because when you pay for insurance and shipping let's say via FedEx per Living Lux with Meredith's case they won't pay you out. i had a bag that I bought from FP go missing and they use UPS, they were paid out and FP refunded me my money. but I am now scared to insure with the shipper as people are not getting paid. another thing, I think these robbers are getting smart, they see the to section and realize expensive bags are getting sent there. I'm glad you got your bags at the end. also I miss your videos.
You are absolutely right! They should a have a spa service even if we pay a small fee. I'm not sure of the name for the insurance company but all I know is that the insurer is for leather surgeons and I did not buy insurance from that company directly.

I have a lambskin medium classic flap in dark red/burgundy that has an oil stain on the bottom. So nobody can see it when I'm using it. But I still know it's there. I took it to Chanel and the S.A.'s talked me out of trying to spa it. I still wish I could have it fixed.
I have no idea where they had been. Just got the news that they arrived and that's it. I guess we'll never know! You can definitely send leather surgeons a photo to get an idea of what can be done!

Its like having perfect bags again😅❤By the way it happened to me with CanadaPost (I sold my Louboutin to somebody in Mississauga from Montreal) I had to reimburse the buyer and claim for insurance… 3 weeks after the original date of shipping, my Louboutin turned out at the buyer location! 😂

I have had issues with the third party delivery companies as well , mainly delivering to the wrong address . Glad they were found , I can't imagine the stress .
Yes! So stressful. The courier was UPS but the label and insurance was coordinated through ShipNerd (first I've heard of it). But yes, who knows if UPS assigns deliveries to 3rd party couriers!
I heard that LV no longer conducts appraisals because the quality of fakes is so good. I actually don't mind if someone buys a fake, I'm their money, and to be honest, *gtdupe* it's probably more financially sensible.
I saved up money for a few months to buy a ZP, but it got scratched on the third day. I cried so much, and then my boyfriend bought me a bag from *gtdupe* for me to carry alternately. Anyway, there are so many bags on the street, so as long as others can't see it, I think it's fine. The thought is there.
