    This is a good product I've been using one sense 2016 - I owned a commercial cooking equipment company for 40 yrs - I've worked on many blenders and food processor's - there service is fantastic also they do stand past there warrinty - I had a problem with mine motor or base after 6 yrs - the warranty is for 5 yrs - yet they sent me a new replacement base - as for the unit and service it's the best -

      @@KitchenDraft for the money and what it does it's fantastic - I have several dogs - every I'll take live stock alfalfa pellets and mix them with water and ice do the alfalfa doesn't over heat - then add it to my dogs water - it makes a slury out the alfalfa pellets -
      Alfalfa has digestive enzymes along with 70 minerals -
      the one I have is slightly different it's the American version - it is a reliable machine and we'll worth what I paid for it

    This model’s jar breaks quite often, that’s the main area of concern in this one. I had CB350EU and the motor started smoking all of a sudden, it’s in the process of exchange at the moment. I do agree their customer support is superior. Noise level can definitely be reduced, I get noise complaints when I use it in the morning or Sunday. I think basic Vitamix also starts at this range. Also, I had nutribullet and it definitely has better grinding power. I never found big chunks of banana etc in my smoothie but with Ninja, I do. I got this one when I moved countries and wanted a jar I could use to make hummus and peanut butter.

    • @KitchenDraft
      @KitchenDraft  6 месяцев назад +2

      Vitamix is a great product, but for the price of this you only get the blender and nothing else.
      There are issue with Ninja after a while of use, I didn't expect anything else at this price. Mine, the engine is still killing it, blades are still amazing, but the food processor's cogs are gone.
      I can't say that I regret the purchased, it served me well for over 2 years.

      @KitchenDraft  2 года назад

      Thank you for the feedback. I agree, there are so many and to be honest a lot of them are good, but in the end you need to choose one that is suitable for your needs (how often you use it, budget and what exactly you are planning to use it for).
      This is a great value for money, not necessarily the best...but for home use it should serve you well!😁

    What to improve in Ninja Blender ?
    Make better noise isolation.
    Get rid of the rubber gasket in the blade part that comes in contact with the cup for less gunk ( a problem of all cup blenders in the marke).
    Build Quality of Ninja Blender is much better then Nutribullet and though noisy the Ninja Blenders are less Noisy then nutribullet and hay higher Watt then Nutribullet .

    • @KitchenDraft

      There are definitely areas to improve, but for this price I feel like it's totally worth it 😁

    Hi! Thank you so much for this video:) I am considering buying this and was wondering if you still recommend it after two years and if you think it could make a slightly thicker smoothie than what you made (i.e. with frozen fruit cubes made from frozen smoothie). Thank you so much!

    • @KitchenDraft
      @KitchenDraft  2 месяца назад +1

      There are a few nuances here.
      If £170 is all you have, you most likely won't find anything better than this.
      If you can go to £500 then you can get a better quality machine that in theory should last longer.
      Mine broke about 4 months ago, but considering that I cook quite often, I can't complain.
      I moved now to thermomix, is it better? Sure but bare in mind that we are talking about a machine that costs over £1000 new.
      If you decide to use frozen products very often, you should maybe look into getting something more durable.
      If you'll do this just every now and then, than it should last you some time.

    Hi, I am currently thinking about getting either this one or the Braun Multiquick 9 MQ9187XLI, the price range being quite the same. Would you recommend one above the other?
    Mulțumesc! :)

    • @KitchenDraft
      @KitchenDraft  2 года назад +4

      I honestly believe that the Ninja will serve you better.
      The containers are bigger and from my experience the stick blenders are not that great to get smooth purees or soup.
      Nevertheless Braun is a great brand so either one will do a good job. Maybe consider the price and choose the cheapest one in case there is a big difference between them.

    Dovresti fare un video su questo blender dove fai vedere se trita il pane, il ghiaccio, come riesce a fare un burro (tipo Arachidi o di sesamo a secco senza l'aggiunta di oli o altro tipo di liquido) e non far vedere come frulla la frutta che è la cosa che sa fare persino un frullatore da 10€. Se vuoi recensire bene un prodotto devi metterlo alla prova con cibi difficili da triturare.

      You'll have no issues with tomatoes or potatoes, or any other vegetables for that matter.
      When it comes to ice, Ninja says that this is capable of doing it, I used it a few times successfully, but I cannot say that in the longer term it's a great idea, the blades will have to suffer in my opinion.

    • @KitchenDraft
      @KitchenDraft  2 года назад +1

      I am not sure to be honest.
      This might actually work and is not that the blades are not capable to do it, it's more about the small quantity you usually do when it comes to spices as you need to have enough material in there in order to be caught by the blades.

    I would NOT recommend this product. Mine stopped working the first time I tried to make a smoothie with ice (less than 2 years of purchase and minimal use). Ninja said “we’re sorry but it’s out of warranty” (1year). When it was working, it didn’t blend oats smooth and the engine took a while to recover after each cycle of blending so I sometimes had to walk away then come back to it. Interestingly the 13 year old Kenwood I bought this to replace still works great ( although the blender bit is broken). Oh well….

    • @KitchenDraft
      @KitchenDraft  3 месяца назад

      I believe you, it's not a professional product and obviously the price reinforces this, but going bad just over a year of use it is poor, I give you this.
      My experience was more positive, but I really looked after it.

    • @nnekaakpakwu4971
      @nnekaakpakwu4971 Месяц назад +1

      Good question, I put the things I noticed in the beginning down to the power/ capability of it rather than a defect. I don’t recall having a “money back guarantee” which would allow return of an electrical product if I changed my mind or didn’t like it. Hence why I only reached out when there was an obvious defect

      If you need it to make protein ice cream for more than once a week I would say that you need something stronger and with a jag made of metal like a Thermomix, but the prince unfortunately will be about 7-8 times higher. For casual ice crushing use I am sure that the Ninja will be fine.
