I wished that wouldn't have used Autotune for China's voice. She is a great singer and the Autotune wasn't necessary. I like Sofia's voice as long she doesn't hit any high notes. She gets super nasally when she hits high notes.
The guy who directed and choreographed these movies also did the high school musicals and in the past he has worked on Broadway and with Michael Jackson so that’s why some of the moves are so good

Dizzy Tremaine (the girl who gives Mal her makeover) is easily one of the most adorable characters in the series. She’s the granddaughter of the Wicked Stepmother in Cinderella, which makes her the niece of Cinderella herself. Her actress, Anna Cathcart, was originally just a huge fan of the first film. So Disney really came through and made her dream come true when they gave her a part in this franchise.
Uma's definitely the best character in the whole franchise. Cool, confident, determined, angry, star-reaching, bitter family problems, great singing voice and fantastic hair. As for Harry Hook, if I didn't know any better I'd say there was a Disney character who was actually displaying lust - the way he kept looking at Uma, that was definitely either adoration or lust. For the record the accent is real, the actor's from Scotland. Otherwise I'm thinking 'when on the isle, keep him out off the liquor cabinet, when in auradon, keep him away from anything with caffeine in it - already sober and without a coffee high he's on the verge of bouncing off the walls'.
Actually that is canon! Cause Harry and Gil’s actors filmed a kiss during “What’s My Name” and Disney cut it. But then after the movie came out the actors released the photo
I really wish the series has focused on Uma and her crew while Mal and her gang were relegated as side characters. The pirate dynamic is far more interesting to me personally. Good thing we've got fanfiction!
Fun fact: The song the little girl in the hairshop (Dizzy Tremaine) is listening to is a song called 'Rather Be With You' which is from the Descendants animated series 'Descendants Wicked World' and the part you hear is actually sang by Mal and Evie (Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson)

I personally liked d3. Some of the songs in it are really good. I like it better than the first one but d2 is definitely the best in the series. But I recommend you watch it and decide for ur self.
So. The funny thing. Descendants wasn't originally going to be a musical. Then they brought Kenny Ortega (the director and choreographer for The High School Musical) into the project and it became a musical. Which Kenny then choreographed. Which is why the dance moves seem so familiar.
My personal favorite descendents was the first one, but there are parts of all of them I really like. #bingers Ever After, Stardust (2007), Pride and Prejudice (2005), Beauty and the Beast (1991), and The Mummy (1999).

I personally liked d3. Some of the songs in it are really good. I like it better than the first one but d2 is definitely the best in the series. But I recommend you watch it and decide for ur self.
So. The funny thing. Descendants wasn't originally going to be a musical. Then they brought Kenny Ortega (the director and choreographer for The High School Musical) into the project and it became a musical. Which Kenny then choreographed. Which is why the dance moves seem so familiar.
My personal favorite descendents was the first one, but there are parts of all of them I really like.
