오늘의 베이킹일기는 흰자로 곰돌이 랑그드샤쿠키만들고 남은 노른자로 계란과자만들기입니당!!
쿠크다스로 불리는 랑그드샤는 흰자로만 만들어서 남은 노른자로 계란과자까지 만들어봤어요~
레시피는 아래와 같아요👇👇
💛계란과자
-무염버터40g, 슈가파우더33g, 노른자2개, 바닐라1/2tsp, 박력분60g, 아몬드가루15g, 우유10ml
-160도로 예열된 오븐에 15분 굽기
🤍랑그드샤(쿠크다스)
-무염버터100g, 수가파우더90g, 계란흰자50g,바닐라1/2tsp, 박력분100g
-화이트초코150g
-반죽은 10분정도 냉장, 145도로 예열된 오븐에 10분 굽기
-샌딩초코는 1시간 냉동

💛Egg Cake
-40g unsalted butter, 33g sugar powder, 2 egg yolks, 1/2tsp vanilla, 60g soft flour, 15g almond powder, 10ml milk
-Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
🤍Langue de Chat (Cook Das)
-100g unsalted butter, 90g sugar powder, 50g egg white, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 100g soft flour
-150g white chocolate
-Refrigerate the dough for about 10 minutes and bake it in an oven preheated to 145 degrees for 10 minutes.
-Sanding chocolate is frozen for 1 hour
