the commentary for winner's final was terrible. luciuous was playing the highest tier of the bracket and the commentators were off daydreaming. Half the matches were low tier in this bracket. Low tier rivals 2 matches r terrible to watch. Hardly any grok matches....lame.
Kumi has to be the worst Maple I've seen since this tournament in november that had all these low tiers playing. He spent half his matches running away from the opponent, even if u think this is tactical unpredictfulness ur wrong cause he ended up regularly missing combos and would regularly attack the air nowhere near the enemy when he should have been following up with a combo ON THE DEFENSeLESS STUNNED ENEMY. Absolute terrible to watch Kumi as Maple. He played Maple properly like 10% of the time which showed the massive disparity in his playstyle....u kno how to play Maple? U RUTHLESSLY RUN TOWARDS THE ENEMY NO STOPPING WHATSOEVER U NEVER RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. He did that 10% of the time and its where most of his damage came from. If he did that 90% of the time we'd see a completely different match.
Lucius won the bracket as far as I'm concerned, he played his character properly...he actually USED the bubble. It's not his fault bubble sucks and needs buffs BAD. He lost the final two BECAUSE he used bubble. Thats the only reason he lost. Its sad. If he hadn't used bubble he would won the grand finals. If you win winner's finals u win the tournament, if u win grand finals u prove nobody is anybody near u....if u lose grand finals all u prove is that ur not so far ahead that someone cant beat u. I hate furries, but congratulations to the furry he won the bracket nuff said. Get better players, and get more grok. This was a terrible showcase of the game, the second worst I've seen to date. The best rivals2 so far have been the one on this channel in Toronto from a month ago....the GROK META one at the start of the year that Leffen was in. YOU RUN AT THE ENEMY NOT AWAY FROM IT, IF UR GOING TO FEINT U DONT RUN HALFWAY ACROSS THE MAP U STAY ONLY 1METER AWAY SO U CAN QUICKLY CAPITALIZE ON ANYTHING.
