Monocoque chasis are those in which frame and and base of the car and is in one single piece and body on frame are those in which frame of the car and base are two seperate units and body sits on the base , monocoque are more rigid as it is single piece unit while body on frames are usually used in old school suvs for better off roading .
PLEASE NOTE- body is in which doors , bonnet , hatch is attached and base of the car is in which suspension, engine , Tyres are placed .
