I love the United stewardess walking like a boxer entering the ring. But neither the Spirit nor United ones match my experience in real life. If I were making this video, the Spirit one would be doing their pre-flight stand-up routine.

I don’t know other airlines but Ryanair and United Airlines are accurate. Ryanair stewardess always try to sell you things but at least they don’t harm a fly.
In late 80’s early 90’s, I flew United from Hong Kong to Mexico City via San Francisco. I got used to polite air stewardess so it was a bit shock to see how rude they treated passengers especially those non-white or not English speaking passengers. That’s the last time I flew with them.
Nah, I’ve flow United from the 90’s until present day, almost EVERY flight attendant is male, they are fairly nice to anyone in the “economy plus” business, and of course first class, they aren’t rude to people in general economy, however they always seem occupied, I haven’t had any rude ones, the worst I’ve had was some evil lady on delta…she just seemed to dislike women in general, then other countries dislike Americans, most dislike who they think are “poor” or not frequent fliers, I’d say plenty of airlines have flight attendants that hate just about everyone equally 😂😂😂
Seniority makes a huge difference as well, not only because of experience but because they are more likely to have the sections of the plane that are deemed more desirable (and less stressful too.)
United in particular not only has a majority of male flight attendants, but non-white male attendants, so I’d say things have changed a LOT since I first flew as a younger person up until the last 15 years.
I don’t doubt that it used to be different however, that’s for sure!

Not sure why Singapore Airlines is a cheongsam. It's Kebaya, originate from the Malay Archipelago (Malaysia - Singapore - Indonesia) and designed by Pierre Balmain. Nothing like a Cheongsam at all.

They aren't? The United one is a joke, probably based on things like the incident where a passenger refused to be bumped after boarding and got dragged off the plane. I've flown four times in the last year (twice with Spirit, once with United, once with Air Canada) and never found the cabin crew on any of them to be rude.
