Second game still has a better upgrade and combat system along with better side missions/events. But yeah, the third game improved on everything else. Swinging, map exploration, acrobat moves, bosses, etc

@@al112v4I wouldn't say that, combat and swinging were cool upgraded. And from downgrades is only a lack of upgrade system and graphics that looks worse. But it's simply fun to play and everything else feels like something new, improving of ideas from the previous game. IMHO

I’ve been wanting to play this since it’s now abandonware on PC. From what I’ve heard, this game’s combat is a little more fleshed out than SM2, even if the other aspects of the game are weaker.
marvel needs to start making new Spider-man games, based on this new Spider-man actor Tom Holland. I feel like they would make millions especially going by each solo movie. make the Spider-man 3 game like no way home but, at the end of the game make it online available so we can use one of the 3 Spider-men & play with friends for extra side missions & free roam!
I remember the excitement when I saw Spider-Man 2 in a game informer magazine in April of 2004. When June 29th came around. The most dopamine a 6th grader going 7th grade could experience. Being able to absolutely binge Spider-Man 2 (the first swing pengelum system game I ever played) video game for the rest of the summer🤩 eventually by the time Spiderman 3 came out I was a bit caught off guard and I think the week it was released I was like “oh dope” grabbed a copy when it dropped. Of course by that age I couldn’t foster up the excitement I felt for the second game. Which is why I feel a lot of players didn’t appreciate the game as much and given the fact that even the movie itself got a bad rap. None the less, I was able l enjoy it. At the time the graphics and detail was clearly better, the swinging was basically the same, the vibe I feel was captured perfectly for the venom add. The fighting I thought was very fun as well as the interactive quick time events.
Played this game as a kid, and again when I graduated. There are better games likes Web of Shadows and Shattered Dimensions, but plenty of hours sunk into this one. Phenomenal find!

To this day Spider-Man 3 on the 360 is one of if not my favorite Spider-Man game.
Some people say its bad but i truly enjoyed it. It was also my first next gen game for PS3
