Is there any way to disassemble the mouthpiece? After only a few weeks of use there's a brown gross ring forming right below where it pulls up. I wash it every day after school but there 's no way I can see to get down in there.

Craig F I've been soaking the top part in bleach water to sanitize it, doesn't completely remove the dirty part but I'm comfortable that it's sanitary. That's per instructions on their website.

I used hot water to soften up the rubber stopper to clean the mold but putting the plug back in proved next to impossible. Even after heating it up to soften it again and still won't help.
