I just got and built this set 2 weeks ago it was so satisfying as a former mustang owner I just had to get it, even tho I built up even the boy racer parts I kept those sections in a bag in the box in the closet and only display the stock version.

Es gibt frei ein MOC vom Porsche 911 aus den Teilen vom Mustang. Schau einfach halt mal auf Rebrickable nach, das ist eine echt gute Webseite wo du eingeben kannst welche Sets du hast und dann werden da alternative Modelle gezeigt. Es gibt dann auch die Anleitung zu den Modellen.
That is a fantastic build. I'm not a Mustang loyalist. More of a Camaro guy, myself. Regardless, I would want this set just for some of the pieces alone.
I love this model even though I'm a Challenger/Charger guy. Went to Legoland for the first time yesterday and saw this. I absolutely love muscle cars so I had to get this because I didn't see Dom's Dodge Charger available. Started this today and got through the first bag. It's gonna be an awesome few days! My next model will definitely be Dom's Charger though.
The 67 was a very saught out after mustang and was a great car to restore as people would love to buy it but if the engine wasnt stock it would actually go for less also if it was a fastback it woukd be even mire sought out because fastbacks were actually luxery cars and mustang made a bit lower ammounts of the 1967 making it harder to find

Ich habe halt noch die Saturn V, meine älteren Lego Sets, welche auch alle sehr gut sind, habe ich meinem 11 Jahre alten Cousin gegeben. Aber ja, den Ford Mustang behalte ich natürlich und auch die Saturn V. Bin im übrigen 17 Jahre alt. Ich wollte mir halt mal den Ferrari F 40 kaufen, bei Gran Turissimo ist das halt ein wunderschön Auto, aber der war nur kurz am Markt und damals hatte ich noch kein Handy dass ich mich immer über neue Sets informieren konnte, und außerdem gibt es in meiner Region keinen Lego Store, allerdings schon einen Fachhandel und auch Galeriea Kaufhof und Smyth Toys. Damals hieß es vielleicht Toys 'R us, weiß es aber nicht mehr. Aber die Geschäfte liegen nicht in meiner Stadt, deshalb sind wir mit meiner Familie echt selten dahin gegangen und im Toys r us war ich vielleicht 4 Mal in meiner Kindheit. Jetzt bin ich halt wieder dahin gegangen um nach dem Mustang zu schauen weil die verkaufen die Sachen ja immer billig, aber die haben den nicht und deshalb habe ich halt den vollen Preis bezahlt. Übrigens ich wohne halt in der Nähe von Ulm, hätte ich vielleicht am Anfang sagen sollen, und in dem Fachhandel wo ich den Mustang gekauft habe gibt es noch den orangenen Porsche von Lego für 300€ zu kaufen. Der ist halt bereits aufgebaut. War mir halt zu teuer, aber falls ihr mal nach Ulm kommt oder so dann sucht den Fachhandel auf, wenn man da die Brücke bei der Sparkasse in Neu Ulm überquert und dann in Ulm direkt nach Links läuft, findet ihr den Fachhandel.
the mustang is more of a show-off lego than like playable. You can see you can take off the roof and open the doors etc. You can also add exhausts and spoilers etc.
I went to Lille, France for a school trip. We were finished with our task early so we went to the mall. In the Lego Store I saw this model, i wanted to buy it, but it was too expensive. a couple of days later my uncle who was in Madrid messaged my mom to ask if I would like a Lego Ford mustang. that is how I got mine.
The intake motor with the 8 exhaust pipes with raised suspension and ground effects with a wing just doesn’t look right at all! Maybe leave the wing and ground effects on it but keep the suspension the same and use the intake and exhausts on something else
I don't get why in some places there are way more pieces than seem necessary? I get it if they serve a function, but not just for the sake of adding pieces? Like what would a real car manufacturer do for efficiency?
Do you know how in the uk (and other countries) the steering wheel is on the right side not on the left, do you think it is possible to make all of the steering bits on the right side not on the left ?
