As an Arabic speaker who knows some English , when I read the translation I realize that a lot of the Quran power is in its original structure. When the Quran was revealed it was a linguistic miracle, it was a unique in it's structure to the Arabs back then who valued a lot the skill of using the language to convey great meanings and mastered it, it challenged them to come up with a one verse similar, even who hated Mohammed pbuh couldn't deny its miraculous structure and the effect it leaves behind in the soul when listening to it, which also was the reason that made a lot of Arabs believe in Mohammed. But the translation sometimes sounds vague and out of order, no matter how much effort is put to make it accurate, no matter how good is the translator, sometime it even looks like it conveying a different meaning, the structure is gone, I don't know how to explain it but in Arabic it has a tremendous effect on the heart and makes the soul drifts firmly and mysteriously in a beautiful way through the powerful structure and the meanings the verses may have. It still has in-between power in other languages but a lot is removed away. I think in other languages it maybe better if the verses was read side-by-side with their detailed explanation and the reasons why each was revealed maybe then the translation would convey the meaning better.
عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رضي الله عنه قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ( إِنَّ لِلَّهِ أَهْلِينَ مِنْ النَّاسِ ) قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، مَنْ هُمْ ؟ قَالَ : ( هُمْ أَهْلُ الْقُرْآنِ ، أَهْلُ اللَّهِ وَخَاصَّتُهُ ) وصححه الألباني في "صحيح ابن ماجة" . قال المناوي رحمه الله : " أي حفظة القرآن العاملون به هم أولياء الله المختصون به اختصاص أهل الإنسان به ، سموا بذلك تعظيما لهم كما يقال : "بيت الله"

Not one rakah,it is taraweeh, after few ayat in one rakah,ruku/sajdah is deleted to connect the ayats with previous ayat.

As an Arabic speaker who knows some English , when I read the translation I realize that a lot of the Quran power is in its original structure. When the Quran was revealed it was a linguistic miracle, it was a unique in it's structure to the Arabs back then who valued a lot the skill of using the language to convey great meanings and mastered it, it challenged them to come up with a one verse similar, even who hated Mohammed pbuh couldn't deny its miraculous structure and the effect it leaves behind in the soul when listening to it, which also was the reason that made a lot of Arabs believe in Mohammed. But the translation sometimes sounds vague and out of order, no matter how much effort is put to make it accurate, no matter how good is the translator, sometime it even looks like it conveying a different meaning, the structure is gone, I don't know how to explain it but in Arabic it has a tremendous effect on the heart and makes the soul drifts firmly and mysteriously in a beautiful way through the powerful structure and the meanings the verses may have. It still has in-between power in other languages but a lot is removed away. I think in other languages it maybe better if the verses was read side-by-side with their detailed explanation and the reasons why each was revealed maybe then the translation would convey the meaning better.

اللهم هذه المنزلة، وهذا النّداء "

" أي حفظة القرآن العاملون به هم أولياء الله المختصون به اختصاص أهل الإنسان به ، سموا بذلك تعظيما لهم كما يقال : "بيت الله"
