So much better than most of these shops I have seen. These guys do many little things that make a huge difference to the quality of the finished product. This is the difference between getting the job done and actually caring about what you do.

Welding gloves & helmets; Optional-- we just use pieces of "cardboard" for "real serious protecion". It's ALL about "full steam production" , safety & longevity Are NEVER an issue. If OSHA ever slowed up; we would just put them to work-- No "slackers " Here.

When join the pipe to pipe for barel cyl , why just manual take weld and no centering to machine?. 😂
Я в шоке. Без расточки гидроцилиндра, без хонингования, со сварным рубцом в гидроцилиндре. Ответ может быть самым простым - механизм ставится на замену сломанного гидроцилиндра, в старом изношенном тракторе, где цена трактора меньше, чем стоимость нового гидроцилиндра. А сломается, сделают за 5 часов еще один такой же.
это уже хонингованные трубы для гидроцилиндров

Funktioniert ja auch nicht. Wie man am Ende des Videos sieht, klemmt der Kolben im Bereich der Schweißnaht.

Da muss eben der Kolben mit dem Vorschlaghammer ein klitzekleines bisschen angepasst werden.
Für die dortigen Facharbeiter ist das ein Klacks.

Эта какая то ультрасовременная мастерская, есть полуавтомат, ленточная пила, автоматическая сварка под флюсом! Правда все ровно через жопу делают, но прогресс на лицо, как говорится!
