Also, fun fact, earlier in 1903 there was a newspaper (I believe the New York Times) that claimed it would take humans 1,000 more years to invent a rigid flying machine (in other words, that wasn't a baloon), only for the Wright brothers to make their first flight months later and for planes to be fully adopted into the military by WW1 in 1914.
@TopGamingPlaysYT I actually learned that from watching V Sause. I thought it was from his "Our Narrow Slice" episode, but I just looked that one up again an it wasn't the one.
It wasn’t months later. The Wright Brothers flew for the first time on December 17, 1903. That newspaper published on December 8th. They flew 9 days after. They really read that newspaper and said “bet.”
No Jeremy YOU are deserving of it The first powered flight 9 days after it was said we would never fly Its what my people call *The first MAJOR unity event* The largest was the Moon Landing but this? This was the day When the first major one occurred
Ok so I'm still now just getting stared in the game but I've been watching these videos and others since day 1 and it blows my mind how far people have pushed the mechanics of this game. It's like we're watching a technological arms race, I love it 😅
Well, you got close enough on the Enterprise, but the music from Voyager (which never featured a ship called the Enterprise) was what really hurt. Mostly, because that's my second favorite Star Trek theme music (number goes to First Contact).
I can trick people into learning too, Langley was a rich well connected person interested in flight, he spend money getting people to create bigger, more powerful motor to achieve flight, and had the press talking about his dream and how he was so close to achieve flight. Only for history to forget about him, instead of focusing on motor, two farmer invented the wind tunnel, nobody knew about them, but with their invention, they figured out the correct shape for wings and achieve flight.
Santos Dumont designed, built, and flew the first powered airships and won the Deutsch Prize in 1901, when he flew around the Eiffel Tower in his airship No. 6
I had a similar design to roboman's rocket spring. only mine used two unwound springs, which made it difficult to mount before triggering or balance it on uneven terrain, but the second spring added about 20-40 meters to the distance, having it nearly clear 200 meters. Adding a third spring added negligible height increase and two was already more height than needed in most situations. the most practical use case for the build I found was to intercept Gleeoks during the final phase of their fights. For anyone thinking about using the two spring version: try triggering the device while standing next to it and jump canceling your attack to start climbing the side of the springs before the rocket takes off. I found this to be a more consistent method of mounting the device than trying to climb two unwound springs.
Suprised that Nintendo still hasn't patched stake nudging, probably because they know that people will figure out other ways to quantum link again and again.
I've found that the side by size hoverbike (where you have two propellers on each side at the same angle and height and a control module connecting the two, with the control module angled backwards so you lean back when you first get in) is far more stable and easier to drive than the tranditional hoverbike.
>Shows picture of Enterprise E >Shows build of Enterprise A >Plays USS Voyager theme song >"Look at that Jedi go" Alright guys. I'll hold him down while y'all commence with the beatings.
Star Trek love the references using Enterprise-E picture while showing original Star Trek Enterprise out of parts and using Star Trek Voyager theme for music
I believe the model you would be thinking of is the Constitution class ncc 1701 uss Enterprise from TOS, and the one you showed in the picture was the Galaxy class ncc 1701 E uss Enterprise. But at the end of the day they do all have a similar shape so I suppose I can forgive the confusion.

The fisrt clip before the intro made me curious to see someone built a 14 bis, the actual fisrt airplane, made by Santos Dumont in 1906 in Brazil. I think the style of the airplane would fit TOTK perfectly
Santos Dumont was Brazilian, yes, but the plane was built in France. He flew around Paris in 1901 with a lighter than air plane, and then in 1906 he built the first heavier than air plane with self propulsion (which means it didn't need a catapult like the Wright brothers). He lived most of his life in France, but was born and died in Brazil
Love your vids they help me so much tho some are fun to use some i use all the time because they work and are fun to use so thank you for making these AWSOME VIDS to help me in TOTK and give me a good laugh.

Yeah, I am sure he did that on purpose.
Also, used the wrong theme song.
Nailed it.
AND! The music was from Star Trek: Voyager, in which the ship they're in is not a USS Enterprise at all 😂
I thought the same thing!
Not going to lie, I would've said the same thing.
But not on purpose.

@TopGamingPlaysYT I actually learned that from watching V Sause. I thought it was from his "Our Narrow Slice" episode, but I just looked that one up again an it wasn't the one.
True story! Which is verifiable proof that NYT has always been (liberal) garbage. 😜😉

Using voyager music for the enterprise was also great regardless of whether it was intentional or not.

"Just look at that Jedi go!" I see what you did thar. That's one way to drive the algorithm rotfl. 👍

1000% correct and I'm glad to meet another person who agrees with that!
"...On a much earlier version of Zelda". Love that. That build is beautiful also.
