What did you think of the garage George? Is yours gonna be like this? Btw, AC pump doesnt engage if the system is empty or low on gas. There is a pressure sensor somewhere.
Hi mate, been watching your videos and have helped me loads on my n47 318d. Could you tell me what the vacuum box does under the egr cooler. I’ve removed my egr/cooler for obvious reasons and wondering if the vacuum box that connected to it needs anything to clip onto or is it ok without anything to connect to Thanks
He didn't need a licence. He already had someone over to recover whatever gas was in the system. Once it's empty you can crack on removing the AC parts.
I don’t think you require any license to disconnect an AC system. You’re just not supposed to release the freon into the atmosphere.. Neil already had the system drained
@@seanpaul3050 NO ONE cares!? Just like they don't about EGR and DPF deletes? Nor decats, straight pipes, pop and bang/flaming exhaust maps, nor aerosols, burnouts etc etc. Chill out snowflake, if this stuff bothers you, then you're watching the wrong content, so stop trying to trigger people with your woke bs!
The ac compressor won’t run anyway without gas in it. There is a pressure sensor which cuts the power to the compressor when no gas is detected. Putting brake cleaner on the o rings isn’t a good idea. Should have used a bit of PAG oil on them instead.
Great vid George, same colour and engine as my e60 m sport, Tell Neil to start repairing properly and not rattle can everything lol Neil can learn a few tips from you, Neils intros are cheesy, seems a really nice guy though, why dont you raffle your cars away george? Id buy a couple or tickets on all of them

I think because both guys are quite gentle quiet souls. A bit introverted perhaps. I don't mind that. Much better than the guys with big egos... can't stand that 😂
@@TunesMac4ukreminded me (introverted) of myself with a friend. Therefore I enjoyed watching it, and nice to see George inside a garage vs out in the cold rain!
This was a really well thought out collab, loved it
Thanks mate!
Super George! Love the way you just get stuck in. Thank you !
Good collaboration!
Appreciate it mate!
E60's are relatively easy - you try changing a condenser on an E39.
Try this on a n63😂
But now we don't know if the whole system is quite ok, but so far so good!

Have you seen the garage video I filmed with him?
It was great video thanks from Iraq
Very good editing on the video
I really like the cut of George's jib
George if you see this what is the name of the company who supplied the LED headlight bulbs for your E60
Nice collab 👍
Thanks 🔥

What kind of licence/certificate did u need to disconnect the air con?I know it’s not something u can mess with.

If you have a leak. Where do think the freon goes ?

Look at how much easier it is with a ramp rather than on your drive George.....ETA on your garage build?
Exactly! Need to sell all the cars and then we can crack on pretty much👌🏻
2 masters❤️

We did use pag oil on the o-rings. The brake cleaner was just to clean the pipes👍🏻
@@GeorgeAustersGeorge what is the name of the company that supplies the LED headlight bulbs you fitted on your E60 I cannot find the video again
Most cars have a low pressure switch, if it was short of gas the compressor wouldn't run. If compressor was running I wouldn't of changed it.
