AGON - Tebang

XOL is an inventive and independent artist-run label that grows out of a range of musical creations, experiments, friendships and stage performances.
Agon, whose real name is Allafi François, is a Chadian artist born in the vibrant neighborhood of Chagoua in N'Djamena. Marked by an early family tragedy, he found in music a refuge and a form of expression, helping him maintain a connection with his deceased brother. Agon blends traditional Chadian sounds with pop and alternative influences. His notable collaborations include works with Afrotronix and Elete, adding an international dimension to his music.
His single "Tebang" bravely addresses the delicate issue of an unbalanced relationship, highlighting the strength required to seek truth and transparency, and ultimately to choose liberation. This song is an ode to personal emancipation and trust in a better future.
