  • Tasty and delicious sattu litti with aloo tamatar baingan chokha really amazing taste must try….
    It’s a famous recipe from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh mostly Bihar
    You can eat it with chokha, baingan bharta
    Ingredients :
    Chana Sattu 200 gm
    Mustard oil 2 tbsp
    Anjwain 1/2 tsp
    Mangrail ( Kala jeera) 1/2 tsp
    Green chilli chopped 1-2
    Ginger 1 inch chopped
    Salt to taste
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves chopped 2 bunches
    Wheat flour 1/2 kg
    Salt 1 tsp
    Oil 1 tsp
    Oil for frying
    Method:
    Take a large bowl add Sattu, mustard oil, salt, lemon, juice, chilli, coriander leaves, kala jeera, anjwain .
    Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
    If you find the mixture too dry, add a little water to make a lumpy mix ( which is still dry and not completely wet)
    Take another bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil. Mix well and make a smooth dough.
    Make small sized balls from the dough and roll it like puris.
    Hold the puri on the palm and fill 1 large tbsp of filling mixture into the dough.
    Gather the sides of the puri and bring them together on top and seal the ball. Press the ball gently to flatten it.
    Put a pan on the flame, add oil for heating and fry the littis till golden brown in colour.
    Enjoy with chokha and baingan bharta….
