The productivity culture makes us care so much about the result, that we forget to enjoy the process. The Forwago helped me to keep improving myself and achieving my goals while still enjoying the process, and I am so grateful because of that.
It has changed my life too. Save money and time, and I have better control of my work. Make less mistakes. Benefits both employer and me. Win win 🥇 situation
Working remotely make one more productive as instead of being a part of office politics negitivities one actually spends his time either working, exercising, playing, spending time with family in a positive environment.
Work from home sucks, it's like work hijacked your home. Lazy people might like it but at the end of the day there is no substitute to going to a place meant to sit & brain storm with like minded people and achieve common goals. WFH is sugar coated nowadays as it has shown short term profits for companies but in long term, office is a meaningful place meant to conduct business.
"...office is a meaningful place meant to conduct business." - Maybe for some but not for the rest. And there are a bunch of people who actually found meaning working outside an office. "Lazy people might like it..." - Personally, I like working remotely and I work every hour of my shift. And I deliver output as expected. I hardly call that lazy. And I'm not alone.
When ya finally get a job after 2 years of sending resumes and your mother comes out with...sorry i aint permitting remote work here? That's not a supportive encouraging parent. Therefore you are able to get work working from home but when your name isnt on the deed in an analog paperwork world....and i dont have a car either
he is right, it's gonna stay. We are doing it right now. We're working from home and trying many ways to make it work🎯

Wow this was pre Covid. I’m more motivated and optimistic than ever that I can find a remote job!

Aged like wine
Is this what you call freedom. What about responsability and pressure from the metrix.
