These elections will decide who will lead India for the next 5 years. What the vast majority of people fail to realize is that we have to focus on making poverty more escapable and not just less tolerable. And how do you do that? Focus the money on fixing issues that keep people in the poverty cycle, like access to clean water, power and education and meals instead of spending money on things that won't even make a dent in poverty

I don't know for others, but I'm from North Bengal, my village has borders with Bhutan.... Only after BJP come in to power some works happened in our territory. Even tho BJP is not in State power. Water problem ( mountain areas has many water problem), good sustainable roads, rails, medical sector, just remaining in central BJP has done many things for our locality. We have never seen such beautiful roads with modern facilities, apart from that different social schemes, free rations..... I would vote for BJP 🙏. Not a single party ever think about us ...bcz we are located in the international border areas, only BJP did. .

I come from gurugram- the millenium city of India. It was always the economic powerhouse of haryana but all the development was privately funded. Congress govts. used most of these funds to fill their pockets and the rest to fund big infrastructural projects in districts which were their strongholds and mostly rural. The result was that my own city was left with deficient infrastructure, over population and the problems that come with it. And the other districts now have massive infra but no one to use it except bullock carts.
It was only after 2015-16 that we saw some relief coming to the by-then much aggravated problems, all thanks to BJP govt. 8 years since then, we have come a long way and a lot is left to be done. But I personally expect only one party to do it.

In 2018, Congress won in Rajasthan but see the map of Rajasthan in the 2019 Indian general election, literally every seat was won by BJP. The BJP state government in Karnataka changed their CM 2-3 times I guess, and because of that it created a disturbance among people, because even though many people support Modi in centre, it's not like he will be the CM of their state or something, that's why they need to know who they're voting to. States where BJP have strong CM face like UP and Assam have a huge popularity for BJP. One more example can be chattisgarh, congress won their in 2018 but in the centre elections, every seat in Chattisgarh was won by BJP and even Delhi(NCT) where the State/UT government is of AAP but BJP won every single seat in Delhi in 2019 Lok Sabha.

A really well produced video held back by the sound quality. I believe it's an issue with the export software you're using. The bitrate is set to too low while exporting.
I felt irritated by the audio too! But it's not because of the bitrate, but because the gains were incorrectly set while recording the initial vocals. That's why the audio was constantly clipping.
At first I thought its an issue at my end, I'm glad that I'm not the only one to notice this.
You know unlike video audio bitrate doesn't deteriorate noticable. When I encode I use 96 kbps on oppus format (I might have misspell it though). I play those file in tablet (Dolby quad speaker) , on tv with in built speaker and it never made me think I should change it to 128 or 256 or something. U less u have those big surroundings speakers and hood hardware u might not be able to distinguish from 128 from 320 kbps

I'm from Telangana and the points mentioned about the state are almost the same opinions of people. Most we could do is remember what points are promised and things said to improve, to cast our vote. Anything might happen on results.

I would just vote for BJP. I'm not saying they are not corrupt. I'm not saying they haven't failed in a lot of promises. But, they have managed to get some tough shit done albeit how much they get resisted. Digitalisation, at least proposing to bring UCC, updating NEP, tried to bring new farm laws, try their best to reduce red tape for investments, disinvestments...

1) digitalization it was Majority development and even implemented to an extent under the upa , when nda tried to do that, they failed terribly in implementing the rest like the disaster of demo to try to force people to go cashless had to led huge short term hikes in poverty due to unavailability of cash for poor people and in the long term currently the cash to GDP ratio is at. The highest it has ever been .
Farm laws ? Going towards full laissez faire Capitalist model in a country like India in agriculture where 60% of the workforce work is a recipe for disaster aldready our farmers were and are paid to little on top of that adding multi national corps into the game directly without any oversight 💀.
Disinvestments now I have a ideological opposition to that so I wont comment but here is what I would say it's just going from a govt monopoly to a private monopoly

The fact that I was suggested this video on 3rd december.
BJP will win the INC is a regressive party that wants to take the country back.
Every country has a conservative party and a progressive party. Considering the constitution, the "founders" of the country, etc, the conservative party is INC and our nation is left leaning by default.
Hence, the BJP becomes the progressive right wing party (who wants to progress the nation wrt economics, education, culture, religion, etc). Every country has this split, democratic or not.
While Progressives bring new Ideas, Conservatives bring efficiency to those ideas. That's how they compliment each other.
The problem with INC is that they are not conservative but instead are regressive. They don't want us to move forward, they want us stuck in the past. They don't want to fix the clock at 2023, they want it back to 2008.
The best example is Karnataka, where every progressive step like NEP, business reforms, anti conversion bill and the progressive Burqa ban were ALL repealed within the first month. The INC is so regressive that they even want to remove Savarkar Ji's photograph from the parliament!
Are these the biggest concerns of a conservative party? To turn back the clock?
INC shined when they criticised corruption and efficiency in the BJP govts in Karnataka. They were shining in the Bharaat Jodo yatra when they did the same thing. Instead of sticking to the argument of sick PSUs, dead end govt undertaking, farm reforms, housing and malnutrition, they attacked the GOOD changes that BJP has brought with culture, religion, economy, etc. They want to prove a point against the progressive Sanatanatva politics by being regressive and backwards.
This is exactly why I think that the best future for us is to have a BJP govt so big that it splits into two wings, and one wing can absorb all the good talent of INC. May the fools of INC suffer gladly; we can't have regressive politics.
The fatigue of Modi and of BJP is setting in on most, even me. But this only comes because the Modi Party has taken under them both the Conservative talking points and the Progressive talking points. They're just short of embracing Nehru (founder of the nation) in name; they have embraced him in every other sense.
Once they embrace him, they would be embracing the whole spectrum, which inherently would call for a split.
This is why I want to see BJP and Modi win in 2024, but we need to have a more robust democracy and we need more divergent voices within BJP to voice their divergence and define why they feel separate from the Party as a whole. It has to happen within the BJP pantheon, but it needs to happen, or else the INC's incompetence will reduce it to nothing. A one-state party is scary, but we need it to get worse before it gets better.
We need two BJPs both ideologically better defined! No more INC!
Agreed mostly but man the social issues are BAD. Hate politics is a huge eyesore in bjp and india as a whole. What sky daddy you and I worship shouldnt be the leading thing for a government, especially for a growing superpower. We should build our identity through our progressive stance on social and economical fronts, not by mass lynchings or hate speech. Cut that part out of the bjp and you'll have the best thing for india to grow.

BJP and RSS Minority Morcha etc have been attempting the same.
The success of these outreaches may be judged after 2024.

Few flaws in the video:
1) counting for Mizoram was done on the 4th Dec not the 3rd.
2) It was mentioned that BJP ruled over 15 years while showing an image in which Rajasthan, MP, Chattisgarh, and Telangana were marked with lotus but it's only true for MP and Chattisgarh . Power in Rajasthan switches between BJP and Congress alternatively while Telangana was formed only 10 years before and there too BJP was never in power. It was ruled by TRS/BRS since its formation.

General Elections have become personalized. It's the leader with the most charisma and his party that'll win. We know who that leader is. People are unlikely to remove him and put in place another party and leader which hasn't got much of a vision. People in these states will vote completely opposite in the General Election from how they voted in state election.
