have you got any videos of Rockingham peninsula suburbs? Having a look at Safety Bay/Shoulwater/Rockingham suburbs at the moment to move to from the UK. Keep up the good work!
@@vloggersontheloose thanks I think I've seen those ones, but worth a re-watch. I'm sure Rockingham will be a good day out when you get round to it - looks lovely down there!
How would you rate Girrawheen vs. Westminster vs. Langford vs. Lockridge vs. Orelia for property investment? I'm looking to invest in Perth so your videos are helpful to get to know Perth suburbs for someone who doesn't live in Perth - thank you!
City of Stirling apparently wants to become City of Perth so why not brownfield the whole area? Instead of these slow knockdowns, go Sydney, buy whole streets up and build all at once like greenfields. 20 mins to beach and Swan River/City Centre. Needs regeneration.
I live here. I grew up here. My parents have lived here for 40 years. Sure, it might not look flash, but the people are nice, and I'll rate that any day. The older houses are well built double brick. The community facilities and primary school are great. The Than An restaurant at the shops has some of the best food north of the river. And the location is 20 minutes to everywhere. Also using "ethnic" and "oriental", especially in that condescending, denigrating way, is completely unacceptable, and racist af. We get predatory real estate agents, investors, and people like you, constantly crapping on this place, so you can buy it cheap and sell it back at triple the price, for some crappy timber frame brick clad house on a third of the original block. Then you rent it out, bc you "wouldn't live here", keeping the prices down so you can keep doing it. Meanwhile, we're 38/100 for crime rate, behind much more "affluent" suburbs like West Perth (50/100), and Joondalup (46/100). So bugger off, champ.
Moved to Koondoola in 1983.It looks the same.knew everyone knew who to avoid.Great primary school experience. Thanks yarp
It does look like it's stuck in the 70's and ready for a massive facelift.

We haven't done Rockingham yet, but we have done Mandurah, Secret Harbour, Madora Bay and Lakelands. Check out our library of videos 😎

I would be going for something with a big block preferably closer to the city than Orelia like the other suburbs you mentioned.
ok thank you!@@vloggersontheloose
Coming from a middle class family I quite liked the suburb. Definitely not for flashy, high profile families
It is a suburb for normal people that like to be close to all amenities.

Unfortunately that's not how Perth people think. Nothing moves fast here 😎
Very affordable real estate
Yes - especially considering the size of the blocks.
Cheaper than Midland, and same distance from CBD, so it has my vote.
Yes - it is in a good location with decent sized blocks.

We didn't mean any offense with anything that was said.
Surprisingly the woke brigade haven't cancelled the name of the suburb..i mean koon doola would scare most people away 😅
True but it's I'm sure it's on someone's radar 🙂
It means place of many Emus. Koondoola resident 1983/2001
Perhaps you should check what it means. Right brigade would not like the name. But keep up
@anealacme did you not read the previous comment..it says what it means. Not too bright are you ..left brigade 🤦♂️
Alexander Heights used to be called Alinjarra, they changed the name and property prices went up 10 percent there overnight almost.
What a dump
It is run down and old, and being close to the city is what gives it potential.
