The rooms to me at St. Regis NYC are still not my style. I’m choosing to stay at Ritz Nomad again next weekend also the new luxury collection they are a lot more modern which is my style.
Josh, Thank you for another excellent review. It looks like,e a very nice property. I think the other luxury brands, like Four Seasons, are more consistent about the quality of the guest experience at their properties.
Another great honest review 👍👍👍 Hopefully Ritz and Marriott in general see your reviews and do better on their hotels, a lot of Marriotts especially their “luxury” brands are not exactly up to par, they have so much more potential to dominate other brands like Four Seasons if they just listen to their customers and people like you…
I totally agree and would love to help Marriott overall someday with guest experience. It always hurts me so much when I’m disappointed at a luxury property, and most of the time because of service. And I would love to stay at a Four Seasons someday!
I agree, that’s why it did not get that great of a score overall. I feel like most Ritz Carlton’s in the US can improve so much. The Raffles Boston truly is the best in Boston!
