One of the best ever Gala videos I've ever watched. (I'm so glad that you don't pan your shots, it's the way of professionals - but so hard to resist!) A lovely encapsulation of what the WLLR is all about and the dream of those schoolboys from so, so long ago. Thanks for the memory tug! Nick Wood
Next in line for restoration is Bagnall saddletank Sybil. Cheetal was on show at the Gala and is on loan from Leeds Museums and Galleries and is awaiting restoration.
Have you got any info on those two unrestored locos? The Fowler looks like it came from Upper India sugar, but I’ve not seen anything of either of them other than in this video
Sorry you were disappointed with the video but it does show all of the line. The Railway is small and the line itself runs from Becconsall to Delph and is only 430 yards in length
A great railway I volunteer there a great little railway for the whole family come and see our steam engines Joffre, Utrillas, Montalban & Irish mail running together
Thanks very much,I'm so glad you enjoyed them.
Thanks Alan, It was up to their usual high standard.Non stop action all day. Well worth a visit if you can manage it.

Another enjoyable event Tommy, I still haven't managed to get to one of their steam events yet. Nice cavalcade at the end.
Always very enjoyable, these narrow gauge vids. A new restoration project they've got there?
That well tank is going to be nice when fixed.... I mean the hulk Felbahn.0

orenstein & Koppel Locomotives?
Yes, both used at Utrilas colliery in Spain before coming to the UK.
I"m surprised you didn't take us for a ride round the layout. Spent all your time around the station and yard?

Oh No, Definitely NOT disappointed. That was just a comment/question. Great Video. 👍 Had no idea the line was so short. 😃
