It was announced a year ago by someone else, and it was meant to come out last fall, so I understand the confusion. Our two prior hosts just couldn't handle the responsibility of hosting a collab on top of their real-life stuff, and so I volunteered to compile and upload it after I was done with my classes.
Don't worry, I often miss these things, too. Just try to subscribe to as many YTP'ers as you can, and you should see most of them. Joining the community Discord server is another way to find some collabs that aren't announced publicly.

Yeah, everyone's entries were mismatched FPS, so I stuck with 25 since most of the original sources of Michael Rosen are 25 FPS.
