I have another update. ( SP and I have been broken up for ten months , I started manifesting about five months ago and have had bridges of incidents and then texts and calls , very sporadic and no talk of love or missing me ) I heard from my SP this morning - a phone call - he asked if I had seen his email, which I hadn't. In the email and the phone call - he told me that he loved me. I have been visualizing in the morning and evening and I say affirmations three times a day for ten minutes. There is still no committment or any request to come over - but it is movement and I am thank ful. I have been more relaxed about the whole thing and have really worked on my mental diet. Thanks for the videos Alexa and I will report if I have any more news. Hope this gives some people some hope as it truly does work but watch the videos because it is certainly a learning process!
I saw a short video the other day. A young girl was saying how we have to choose what we think. We can literally think in our own minds however we want. We have to choose something to think so why wouldn't we say something wonderful about ourselves. Delusional? But the negative things said are equally as untrue and Delusional..the choice is ours

everyone is capable of forgiving, just affirm that you have whenever you think about it, try some guided meditations, scripting/ writing a letter to yourself about it and then ripping it up etc any practices to help you let it go
Hi um I’ll be giving next year on march and I’m genuinely scared because I don’t know what to expect so can you please give me an affirmation which indicates i have painless and successful childbirth..please it would help me a lot
What you focus on grows You take your focus (or attention) away from the 3P. You should only focus on the end, feeling loved by your SP. Also in this kinds on situation is good to work on your self-concept, remember that YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE who creates your reality, you're that amazing you know. Hope it helps :)
