I’m a little disappointed that Tinker’s Construct doesn’t let you smelt the Crystal Matrix Ingots but I guess the creators figured that the Infinity smelting is already going against the Geneva Convention.

Probably the weirdest mod that interacts with Avaritia 1.12.2 specifically is the Kagic mod which is literally a Steven universe mod for Minecraft. The stew has an added ingredient which giant strawberry slices from the mod
For some reason NEI doesn't show the Ultimate Stew recipe for me and now I can't continue my progress in Avaritia. Kind of a game breaking bug. Setting the Boring Food config option to true fixes it, and now it shows me the recipe. But really that's not the solution I'm looking for. I like the idea that Avaritia adds additional ingredients based on other mods that are loaded, but then NEI actually has to show the recipe otherwise you're stuck in limbo. Basically I need to see the recipe with Boring Food set to false. Do you have an idea why it's not giving me the recipe with Boring Food=false?
That's not something I've ever encountered. The only thing I can think of is that there is another mod interfering with the recipe. If you're using a mod-pack you can try contacting the pack creator to see if they know what it is. Is this Boring Food setting a part of Avaritia, because I've never seen it?
I'm not playing a modpack, just a bunch of mods thrown together. The Boring Food setting in the Avaritia config file keeps the Ultimate Stew and Cosmic Meatballs from grabbing more ingredients. If only I knew which mod is causing the recipe not to show up in NEI. Thankfully I also have MineTweaker installed and with that I could make my own recipe for the Ultimate Stew. With that the recipe finally shows up in NEI but it's not really the solution. I guess I'll just leave it at that, until there's an actual solution. :)
I haven't found any interaction with Ars Magica or Witchery unfortunately. Why isn't there interaction with them? I don't know. You can try asking Spitefulfox of TTFTCuts, the mod authors, but I don't know if they'll answer.
I have since learned that Ars Magica adds Sunstone and Pure Essence to the catalyst recipe. And Witchery adds something called Koboldite to the catalyst recipe.

You could always try fixing it with ModTweaker.
