I wondered if those interior falcon door actuators/buttons could be replaced with the newer version. Nice to see that implemented on this MX. Did you do the work yourself or take it to Tesla? I wonder if you can get those switches from Tesla and just have them do the conversion for you (probably more expensive than e-bay). I'm looking at a 2016 MX P90D at the moment, so that would be relevant if I purchase the car. I've heard so many issues with this model year, front half shafts, build quality, etc., but it's also a good deal, so I'm tempted. Do you still have this MX? What has your experience been?
I have the same interior as you I was curious what your favorite cleaning product was to keep the white seats looking nice. I have the exact same model as yours.
That’s a really good car but the problem is it is over 100,000 miles. That means that the car will die faster when driving so if you want to pay around 15,000 to get a battery replacement.
@@BatteryOnVrits not 15k for a replacement. And most teslas have %9(+-3%) degradation at 200K.... well, some vehicles do this. on earlier models u have the "Premium Upgrades Package" which includes this, the automatic doors. mine has this feature since i think the PUP is standard on the signatures.
Does this car have full one-pedal driving? I understand that it won't regen at speed < 8 or so mph but does it apply friction brakes at those speeds or do you lift off the pedal and then once you reach 8 mph you just brake normally?
@sheawn336 you're right. at lower speeds you eventually have to apply the brake. the 2022+ model x doesn't have the same problem. i actually mention this same improvement in my 2022 walk through video
I own a model 3 Performance with the now removed ultrasonic sound sensors in and around the bumper, combined with the newer outside cameras for FSD, I decided to upgrade to a now ordered Model S Plaid and those newer Tesla’s now come without those ultrasonic sensors which were quite a big deal for safety and better information around the car, also while using FSD and automatic parking. I tried it on the plaid while test driving with the newest Tesla vision update and it sucks at automated parking simply because they removed those sensors around the bumpers, for FSD it’s not that big of a deal but it’s now not letting me know at what distance and how far they are away from my car. Also while parking my model 3 uses those sensors to notify me at how far of a distance objects are in centimeters, the newer Model S Plaid I ordered also doesn’t do this anymore. They updated the camera resolution on the newer teslas to 5MP but those cameras don’t see everything at close distances what my ultrasonic sensors did all the time. Sad to see it go, but I understand why they did it.
haha yeah, I should do a walk through of the white one too. it’s the long range tho, not the plaid as I can’t justify spending $20k+ more for a slightly faster 0-60 and less range
When this goes wrong and like all car's it's inevitable it will one day, I reckon your going to need deep pockets personally I don't like electric cars, to expensive to buy, the rear doors on this car are awful how do you get passenger's out in a car park ?? I'm keeping my Diesel car until it dies, and then buy another Diesel
@@anhvu-yp9vs idiot with a electric car comes to mind, we haven't got the infrastructure for stupid electric cars, a friend of mine just bought a tesla what a load of crap he couldn't find a charging point apart from his local supermarket. But when he did it wasn't working lol 🤣🤣🤣 I needed Diesel last week pulled into the garage oh the pump was working, so I filled up and drove away in my reliable DIESEL 😀 No hassle 👌 love to see the price tag when it goes wrong and it will. You did an amazing job with the walk around.
I'm buying the same exact car used but p90d with ludicrous +
Thanks🎉

You can buy the door switches and do yourself but it was a cheap fix for their mobile tech to swap those switches. Like $80 or so total.
How much is the one you are looking at? Do you want a founder series, #29? I’m thinking of selling

would you recommend me buying a 2016 model X 90d with 142k miles? for 24k$

I recommend for u to get it but make sure to replace the battery because it will die faster bcz it’s been used for years if they bought it brand new
and good thing is they have free charging
Did you get it?
This is a really nice color, what is it?
Very informative
I want a blue Tesla Model Y because blue is my favorite color
I have a question for the community is the tesla model x a minivan
No an suv

U can open the front door and the passenger door from the key fob u just gotta double tap on the top where u lock the car
Can you record this in action? Double tapping the lock button just unlocks the doors on mine

Rear spoiler is active? How does it work?
Not active unfortunately
The listing states it has full self driving capabilities. Any tutorial videos on that option?
The 2016 only has highway autopilot, not full self driving
COOL
I still have my 2016 90D Tesla Model X and it runs really well but I wish it had the cameras on the side like he 2020 and the plaid model x do
