did you folks even watch the video lol
@@jaydashnine im pretty dure 90% of the commenters didnt bc they go like "bruh she can hear? “ etc. To what other ppl who didnt watch responds:" she can read lips" while she explains herself how she cant really read lips xD These comments I swear
Oh my gosh! thank you for using one of my comments as a video topic!! :D yall just made my day!
All these comments of people saying she can hear him so it's not fair is dumb. Did y'all even watch to the end of the video 😂 4:33
Pusalieth They had an interpreter 😂
@Pusalieth Yeah, you can see the cuts in the video where they edit out the interpretation pauses.
@@AmythefirstA Good interpreter can interpret at the same time as something is being said so it wouldn't necessarily need that many cuts.
If somebody did not continue the video to the end that doesn't mean he is dumb. But your conclusion that he is dumb actually means that you are.
SHE CAN READ LIPS!!!
New T-shirts, hoodies, and hats with a NEW DESIGN are now available! Thanks for supporting the show.

Rikki Poynter apparently we can.
Rikki Poynter click the three dots on a comment and click pin :)
Don't worry. It's not just you. I can't pin my own comment on my own videos too. I think there is a setting to turn it on or something.
Fix your shit RUclips 😂
really cool I never knew about the hand to hand and body touch language
You guys are really great and i love how you both educate. Im honestly less afraid being deaf or blind and if my child would born handicapped i will watch your videos. Thank you guys!
LMAO that was so savage when she asked Tommy how he edits his videos hahahahah XD
Brandon😂
If both your parents are deaf. How would you call them when you run out of toilet paper
Text if you have a phone
I mean, both answers to this comment are great...
i dont use toiled paper. its gross, I shower every time after toilet.
Phone on vibrate
Loop that’s..... a pretty good way to clean yourself after using the toilet.
OMG You're so cute, you are blind but you still happier than people who have EVERYTHING
But do people who "have everything" have blindness AND sight?
Obviously he doesnt have to look at all the terrible shit in this world. Same as if i was deaf from birth i wouldnt have to listen to all the garbage music and would probably be happy
Dude, you're cute too.
@@Jebu911 But you would also not be able to listen to good music...Unless you think literally all music from all ages is trash in which case, even a blind person could see why you aren't happy.
You realize that people can't choose to be happy right. People who have sight dont "have everything". Everyone has there own problems to deal with and not everyone can be happy all the time. I have autism and severe depression. The amount of times people have told me to get over it and just be happy with what I have is insane. I don't judge people for not being happy because I know life is more complicated than that.
This channel is so wholesome I miss the uploads 🥺
So.. How do deaf people and blind people from "Birth" Communicate? She was deaf as of 12 years old. so a very big advantage there.
Dweebix yes very I'm I am ASL class with a deaf teacher (and 1 hearing of course)
Dweebix my sister was born deaf (idk the porcentage of her hearing) and she used to go to the fonoaudiologist (i think that's how you say it) and it help a lot with her speaking hability, plus the thing that he plugs on her ear so she can hear better
Dweebix she plugs* and she reads lips and knows some SL too
deaf and blind people from birth communicate through tactile sign language
Dweebix they cant
I love this channel to death
PoisonedHive *deaf
PoisonedHive I love this channel to life
PoisonedHive its DEAF not death..
Maia Hunter What ??? I didn't hear that???
I think it would be really cool to watch Tommy play game apps, like "Blindscape" or "A Blind Legend", games that are designed especially for blind people.
I swear Tommy's charisma is a nat 20. Such a nice smile and attitude keep it up.
Kinda weird question but how do blind people dream?
Emilia Briggs Yeah, that would be interesting
If you were born blind, you would dream and think in sign language! If you could see before you went blind, you would dream as anyone else would!😃
that doesn't make any sense at all. why would a blind person dream in sign language, IF THEY CAN'T SEE?
you can only see sign language. a blind person would probably dream like anyone else, except that they would see nothing :D
NoahJ456 ! trolling or just being stupid????
NoahJ456 ! You're talking about deaf people
if i had a choice between not seeing or not hearing i would take not hearing any day
Adler Heartburg I can't decide I like music and gaming both to much to decide between the two.
Same here. I love music but I'd give it up before ever giving up my vision and having to depend on something/someone the rest of my life
Yeah i would go for not hearing too. If I was blind I would feel so afraid that i am unable to see my surroundings and I would constantly be on edge.
I think I'd choose to be blind, because I can't imagine how lonely all that silence would make me feel...
Id rather much not being able to talk
I'm impressed by how good she speeks, even though she can't hear herself :)
And you said you've only been deaf since you were 12? So I'm assuming that would have taken care of the problem of learning to speak, right?
“ Let’s see “

Asking a deaf person: Can you read lips?
.. nooo, not really, I just try to focus on the sounds.
🤔
Zac S If someone is hearing-impaired they can be considered deaf.
@@Sophie.Castle kinda like when someones vision is so bad they are considered legally blind.
Interpreters are so skilled, its crazy
idk am i the only one that really likes the way it sounds when deaf people speak? IDK why its calming for me
I just love how polite and genuine he is
This was a great video, thank you fot making it! I'm working with dogs and recently I met a few people who train guide dogs, as well as people who use the dogs on daily basis. It was really amazing and so eye-opening. Once again, thank you for posting the video :)
Can blind people eat vegetables?
Punkydoodle wtf
Punkydoodle No they are lactose intolerant
Punkydoodle
No, there's too many bones.
No, cannibalism is illegal.
They're not dinosaurs ! Why would they do such a thing ?
this was very cute and insightful
Wednesday Felodese that was a poor choice in words.
J-W I agree.
Not for the dude.

Edward's Sisters'Hands she might have hearing aids like me or a cochlear implant/s
Edward's Sisters'Hands did you not watch til the end?
Yeah. She has partial hearing. My comment was answering the video title in a way I felt when I figured out it was just clickbait.
Edward's Sisters'Hands Ah right fair enough haha. To be honest, they should have been more clear about it
Edward's Sisters'Hands she can read his lips or read a script and practiced it

Lol, xD I like to "see" and "hear" lots of different things from different people, and these two teach me alot of interesting perspectives I wouldn't get the chance to see otherwise haha. but Yes, I will be back on that. that Screw attack battle is gonna cause alot of controversy
Theory Theory2 I subbed for Tommy's enthousiastic personality. Also love hearing about random things from his perspective. Yeah, it will, but I'm just glad Zoro won, since One Piece is life and Fairy Tail is horseshit. ''How is she able to stand? This literally makes no sense'' - ''It's because she's Erza!'' Kill me.

She talks flawlessly
ShaiBoe. Not flawlessly
Víctor Emilio Mezio fuck me this made me laugh so much xD
Pencil Shaving but thats not what he said he said flawless period. Plus it should be "speaks" not talks
God Has No Swag I don't think having a flawless period was part of this discussion
Kyssy yeah because they dont know how it sounds when they speak
Why do people dislike such video? Look how happy they are inspite of their disabilities.
CREATIVE PRODUCTIONS because people think she is not really deaf
And disagreement with how Rikki mentioned she makes social justice videos and how Angela makes videos on intersectional feminism.
Thank you YT recommendations my heart has melted
i swear tommy, you have the best laugh out there.

She speaks very well for a deaf !
She said she lost hearing when she was 12 so I think it was enough time for her to learn to speak normally
There is another deaf youtuber that has the cleanest way of pronouncing words, I doubted she was even deaf because of it, and according to her it was all self taught despite not hearing how she sounds at all!
Awesome people!
i want to be an interpreter. i'm taking asl classes. im in ASL 2 and i plan to take them through the rest of high school.
What happens when you get drunk ? Do you find it hard to walk around ? Do people sound nicer instead of looking nicer?
There's already a video on that!
Thank you all. Thanks Tommy for introducing other cool guys. I am so glad to meet you.
Haha you guys are a bunch of fun
Totally agree and loved this video.
She is almost deaf but yet she manages to control her voice and not to speak loud. There are people who aren't deaf at all and when they talk to the phone the whole neighbourhood can hear them.
