Thank you for your video's on the BDS and Kryptonite. I'm just wrapping up a 6" BDS with the same Kryptonite tie rods on my son's 94 Silverado K1500. Maybe you said in an earlier video, but did you retain the OE Torsion keys? We had previously changed over to a 1.5-3" torsion key. I feel like I'm maxing out the front end on angles, and the keys are about the lowest they can be.
having the same issue with the torsion keys bolts sticking down out of the crossmember not sure how the tie rods work because my kit from bds called for the stock ones to be trimmed shorter about an inch on each side
Ordering mine next week . My trucks on a 6 inch lift on 35s so these should most definitely stand up for the heavy tires on it . Should of did this years ago .
I honestly have no idea about 2 wheel drive but Kryptonite has a great customer service center. Here is where you can find their contact info: kryptoniteproducts.com/pages/contact-us-1

Earlier this month, I got the exact same tahoe. Not as clean as yours tho. Unfortunately where I live I can't even lift it up or put bigger wheels on it. It's a project that might turn into a money pit for non mechanics 😂

You can't lift it?
@@MCMROSE nope. Impound awaits. Harassed by popos for the 10" wide GtWheel the previous owner had on it. Reverted it to somewhat stock rims last week.
