7:12 That manager needs to be spoken to by his higher up's. What he did was just wrong. It takes about nine seconds, literally, to see Juan's page and what he does. Zero customers were bothered and zero customers WOULD BE bothered by his behavior in that store. In fact, now customers WERE bothered by that manager because he took away their possibility of getting a very, very needed free grocery trip. They do appreciate what is being done but may lack the ability to 'show it'.. so anytime my step dad really likes something he says "cool" in a very monotone voice. Sounds like he isn't appreciating what is being done, but I know he does. Same could be for this person. I don't knkw him personally or how he could react but he did say "alright, thank you" which may be his way of showing appreciation. Everyone is different. He said thank you so how is he being disrespectful in that?
@@gimygaming8655 okay, I understand that perspective, I was only seeing from my view where I’m always expressive with my gratitude. But I never said it was disrespectful. It just didn’t seem like true gratitude.
I'm just really socially awkward, and I would be freaking out inside with appreciation and joy but I honestly don't know how I would come across outwardly. I know for sure though I wouldn't be rude like some of the ppl are.

I've been watching Juan's channel for more than 5yrs now, and you can definitely see the joy of those people he helped. From giving out money for no reason, paying tuition, giving laptops/PC, paying their rent, paying their food and this.
I can sense tears of joy and gratefulness in Juan's heart while helping them and seeing them smile means whole lot.
