What if you buy multiple electric bikes (some are less than $1k) then you find ppl riding their bikes, you stop them and gift them an e bike. then you take their old bike and gift that to someone else that could use a bike. Or gift the e bike to someone just waiting on the bus or something, These can easily be charged at public places and most are rain proof. I guess the only thing would be if they have a home/shelter since some e bikes are not waterproof. Idk just an idea i think would be really nice to watch.
