Oh Woooow now i understand how Handpans scales work. Okay there are always 4 Chords. dm, C, am, F in this case.
Is there a D minor Handpan which can Play: dm, C, am, B ? That would be so much cooler

No, the Celtic tuning is a hexatonic, unlike the Kurd tuning, which is diatonic
