  • This challenge is the Instructor Daily Dozen Challenge. Now, this challenge is meant to be...well...a challenge 😜
    In other words, it is meant to push you outside of your comfort zone and challenge you in a new way to become both mentally and physically stronger.
    You can watch the video that I just posted in our Facebook Group ( groups/sskcommunity) to see each exercise, but I will also outline it below just in case.
    The Instructor Daily Dozen Challenge
    The Daily Dozen Challenge consists of 12 different exercises & martial arts drills that you will have to perform 12 repetitions of (sometimes on each side). It will be a tough workout but definitely worth it as you will be feeling so awesome after you’ve completed it.
    Remember quitters never win and winners never quit. Choose to be a WINNER!
    1) 12 (each side) Touchdown Kicks
    2) 12 - Push-Up Punches
    3) 12 - High Strike Sit-Ups
    4) 12 - Black Belt Burpees
    5) 12 (each side) - Jab Punch & Reverse Punch Combos
    6) 12 - Horse Stance Squats
    7) 12 - Back Stance Switches
    8) 12 - Front Stance Switches
    9) 12 (each side) - Side Kick Holds (30 seconds each)
    10) 12 (each side) - Front Kick Holds (30 seconds each)
    11) 12 (each side) - Round Kick Holds (30 seconds each)
    12) 12 sets of 10 Horse Stance Punches

    Remember to post a video of yourself performing the challenge in our group (or at least part of it) so we can cheer you on and congratulate you for completing the very first instructor challenge.
