Monkey D. Dragon has been a mysterious character from Loguetown all the way until now, so In this video I explore his backstory and make a theory on where I think him and the Revolutionary Army will go in the future, and answering the most important question. Is this man a FRAUD? Let's find out

I agree with what you say! The community needs to understand that there is more to Dragon's cause than what we briefly know. Even Robin should understand it since she spent 2 years with them!
Dragon is the new Kinemon. Can't wait to see him cry his eyes out begging Luffy to save the World.
The problem is... There wasn't even a scene or oda showing the revolutionary armys doing that could turn to their favour bit by bit.

I believe that Dragon headed up the internal affairs division of the Navy which is how he became disillusioned with the group
People who call Dragon a fraud are moronic. Dragon isn't the captain of a pirate crew. He's the leader of a revolution. Ginny was kidnapped by the revolution's #1 enemy (the Celestial Dragons) and the revolution was too young/weak to save her. If you think the revolutionary army would have stood a chance against three admirals, you need your head checked. Just because Luffy can act like a dumbass and luck himself out of dying doesn't mean everyone else can. Unlike Luffy, Dragon is trying to change the world on a massive scale and can't go risking his life's mission so willy-nilly. Dragon might be one of my favorite characters, but I'm still right.
Yes, sure he can't risk his operation to save 1 person(one of his generals) but a FUCKING FISHMAN can. Sabo and a few good men were able to do it but Dragon can't? Oh wait, what about the literal SLAVE who saved 500 other slaves right after getting his Devil Fruit, right in front of the Gorosei. The World's Worst Criminal greatest crime is inaction, because while he's sitting around "planning" his next action other people are actually getting shit done. It's not even a question of morality or "if he could've done it" at this point, he literally just isn't living up to his title regardless of Ginny. There's no defense for Dragon morally or tactically because Sabo and a few good men broke in on the most secure time of the year, and Sabo himself got away from all 5 from all 5 Gorosei and Imu.
@@ImchautzuCHAUTZU Seriously? This was long before Sabo joined the ranks. The army was much smaller back then. I'm sure Dragon could have saved Ginny, but the army would have been obliterated in the aftermath. Also, Sabo and the others went to Mary Geoise to declare war on the World Government. Do you really think they've been ready for war for that long? Rescuing Ginny definitely would have started one. And Fisher Tiger didn't have an entire revolution to put at risk. Also, I'm not really sure I get your "a FUCKING FISHMAN" point. Fishmen are at least just as strong as humans, if not stronger.
@@ImchautzuCHAUTZUthere's a reason tiger is a legend and only he did what he did, it's a suicidal mission and tiger had nothing to lose, dragon has his army to lose and could risk the gods knights being dispatched on them which would ruin his years of planning and training of his future top commanders. It's thanks to dragon and kumas training that Sabo snuck in and barely escaped at deaths door mind you. See how idiotic it really is, you really think dragon should just say fuck it and risk it all for 1 person against a 800 year old organization with literal demons at the top and gods knights + admirals. Tiger was not an army but a single man with a suicidal mission in mind he's strong clearly. An army commander attacking would be declaring official war at a stupid time.
Revolutionary army at that time was at their beginning stage. The kidnap of ginny could potentially be used as a bait to capture dragon. Even if dragon managed to save ginny, then government would have to capture one member of RA each time to bait dragon. Dragon would be obligated to save each member if he had saved ginny. We have seen how the bait plan worked for whitebeard pirates.

All the dragon hate should be redirected to Garp. With every new chapter that comes out it feels like his overbearing attachment to the marines is the stupidest and most selfish thing he can do
Garp understands that more pirates are evil than marines. He's always chosen what's best for the world, even at the cost of his own family. I still dislike parts of him though
@@hyronvalkinson1749 the marines are the people upholding and enforcing the celestial dragon system which literally causes more piracy and crime. marines are objectively worse because of that fact.
I been saying this for years. He’s a cool character, but atp the only thing that can redeem him for me is if he has some type of LONG GAME plan at the end of this. Which let’s be honest is most likely the case, but until that chapter comes, fuck him. Lol
I believe that if he has a weather related fruit would be similar to Wether Report from Jojos part 6. Some crazy versatility and power.
All this Dragon slander from some of the community has reminded me of just how emotionally stunted terminally online people can be.
I think Sabo basically represents the French revolutionary of the first republic. And dragon gives me Che Guevara vibes. And he was a great tactician, after most of his initial team was wiped out, he spent years hiding in the forests of Cuba, building a new army.
Dragon is fighting for a greater cause, luffy is fighting for his friends. Dragon wont sacrifice everything for a friend, and it seems like he keeps moving forward no matter what, because the people needs him and that vause is more importnant than anything. Who knows just how many island a d people he has saved.
Maybe luffy shanks and dragon will band together for the war against the government

I think this will be also the where aokiji and garp(assuming they’re still alive at this point), the swords, even the navy admirals such as fujitora and kizaru can join dragon’s cause. They will be a huge boost.
I agree with this...but I personally believe Dragon has a simple Wind Logia. A lot of the theories scream "Thinking too hard."
I wouldn't mind that, or even him not having a fruit at all, but I think it makes more sense for his fruit to be something special if it's being introduced so late
It's simply the frustration of the readers. Dragon is the most hyped character in all of One Piece, described as the most wanted man in the world, and he hasn't done anything. People are getting annoyed.
Eh I get that but I think we're just being shown snippets of what he's up to, he's not really being "hyped" too much. I'd agree if Oda was bringing up how strong he is every other chapter and then doesn't show us anything but for now I think it's fine, better than rushing a reveal that doesn't make sense
I think it’s more because dragon is freeing countries in the 4 seas outside the grand line and most of the story takes place on the grand line so he’s in the background affecting the world around it

We all know Dragon is cooking in silence
a lot of people are on Dragons case right now, not jsut they are worrying Dragon actually may be weak. But also cause he seems so willing to sacrifice a lot of his subordiantes. Mr morj did a good video about that, one of the few I agree with him on. And I have a deeper tell in Dragon through that.
pirates like BM and Kaido would sacrifce thier crew if they were to weak. I dont think Dragon thinks liek that. Yes maybe he will sacrifice allies but not willingly but rather pragmaticly.
Dragon and the Revultionary truly wish for a change in the goverment world and the corrupted law of slavery and the opressed. But at the same time, many Revolutionary have made it clear to help people THAT ARE WILLING to help THEMSELVES. And that is even reflected in themselves. Dragon dont sacrifce any of his subordinates, because he likely expect them to help themselevs. I think even he feels that about himself, likely he tries to tell peopel that as long as One carries the Will of the Revolution then the Fire of rebellion will never end. Also even when Ivankov was captured his loyalty and friendship with Dragon never vanished. Even when Ginny was captured, Kuma never gave up on Dragon or the Revolutionary.
Whatever Dragon were trying to do, I feel his deeper purpose is for the people to see what is freedom and what is opression yet at the same time there is a diffrent between understanding and taking over.
When it comes to character/plot analysis morj is unrivaled imo. That dragon video was really well done

smart move but also his biggest flaw. now it would make sense to do this especially in a revolution. but the islend he free have no rim or reason to it. their rather to far apart or they dont properly use it as a base to send out raid. this would be fine if in the middle of it they also did big plays, moves or sabatauges to make the hold on the area weaker but they dont as its to risky.

the main problem is that dragon gets compared to luffy but luffy would never let his closest allies die without at least making an attempt to save them,keep in mind fisher tiger and laffitte were able to get into the holy land by themselves without an army,how can he inspire people if he just leaves his top ranking members to rot at any inconvenience
Luffy literally got saved by a died ship after he couldn’t move after beating lucci and tiger freed slaves not walking in celestial dragons house taking their wife’s and asking if they are slaves needing help dragon situation is different and doesn’t have mc plot armor he has 2 commanders who can’t even last a chapter vs akainu so how could dragon fight admirals/god knight at the same time while going door to door in the holyland and somehow survived with minimum damage since they are still in the beginning stages of the revolution army😂

@@Bon-Kaizer fishman tiger died to bullet wounds so he obviously didn’t fight any admirals to escape and during the revire flashback the moment sabo burn the flag admirals instantly started to protect the cd so if dragon invade who actually had name in the op world they are bringing everyone out since they aren’t freeing slaves instead they are walking inside cd houses going to door to door if they want find ginny and when they eventually find her kuma or Ivankov would be died since they can’t even last 1 against a admiral so it’s a losing situation regardless unless you think kuma and ivankov was strong enough 20yrs ago to last that long against the admiral even tho marine ford said otherwise since akainu whoop ivankov fast😂
