Better camping sleep? A 30 night straight test

I decided to ditch my expensive mattress and test the Helinox and Nemo Cosmo for 30 nights. I was surprised how comfortable this setup actually was!

Thanks for the review! I have the Cosmo pad and was thinking about getting the Helinox cot as well. Did you ever have issues with the pad sliding around or wanting to slide off the cot?

Hey, thanks! It will slide around a little but unless you’re a real aggressive sleeper it shouldn’t move that much.

I just use a couple straps works good i use a klymit insulated static v pad

Curious how a light tent floor would deal with the pressure concentrated into the eight small feet, esp. if the ground is wet?

That’s a very good concern. When I bring this setup I run my Nemo with the floor protection kit and try to stay on harder surfaces.

video sucked. show how big it is folded up for stowage on the bike. how much of a pain in the ass is it to pump up. how easy does the cot fold up and down. put something usefull on here
