    I have had my weed trimmer since last July. Never had to change the twine. Thank you sooooo much for sharing your video because darn if I knew how to muscle that head off! :D

      You're welcome. It was so frustrating, I decided I would just go after it with a screw driver, and if I broke it, I broke it! I figured, "if it's that hard to get off, it's as good as broken already!"

    you dont need to take it apart unless the string gets tangled inside restinging it is done thru the holes and winding the yellow cap
