I've been a subscriber for a bit now and I honestly don't recommend TEMU because of their extreme data stealing. Another problem is how they sell important data like credit card info. I would just drop them. But No force and I love ur vids.
It's nice to see a more normal degree of dirty. More relatable for me. The extremes are fun, but variety is better. I remember the plastic removal on this Escalade. Seeing this follow up was a pleasure.
I used to detail vehicles from the 90s through the late 2000s. I'd always tell customers. The more you keep your vehicle protected(wax, ceramic coating, polish, graphene), the easier it will be to wash it when it gets dirty to very dirty. Unprotected surfaces absorb everything in the atmosphere.
Mitch, I do not blame you ONE BIT for loving to detail Cadillacs so much. My brother has an Escalade and we’ve detailed it. Between all of the cars we’ve both owned over the years, they’re definitely the easiest to clean. They’re also really nice to drive.
No, No. This is a V edition. He did not show it in this video, but in previous videos, it is shown that it is a V. Top of the range and performance package.
With a vehicle like that and a buddy like you, I'm sure Chris is 100% confident that his Escalade will look brand new for the next 10-15 years! Good job, it looks spectacular!

As a student repair technician that actively works on customer vehicles, I love how he sometimes gives advice on how to generally treat a car. Not just your own but for legit any car you work on. This adds onto advice from my teacher. “if and when you are working on a customer vehicle try to leave as least fingerprints on the vehicle as possible. Clean up any residue you left.” (Not exact words but it’s my watered down version)

Hey Mitch. Just caught this video of one of my favourite vehicle’s out there: The Escalade. Beautiful job on the detailing. You inspire me to detail and keep my vehicle looking nice and clean. Thanks for sharing.
Hello there Detail Geek. It is always so good to see you. You always know how to make these vehicles look like brand new every time. Thank you so very much for everything you do. Your hard work and dedication is outstanding 👍💪
hey @thedetailgeek you are the reason i started to actually start to detail my vehicles and strive to make them look and stay nice! love all the videos!
I love the interior color of this car but can only imagine how difficult it would be to keep clean. I would have a custom clear mat put across the entire carpet if it was mine.
I cannot believe I've never closed a car door with the handle. I always grabbed the edge. My mind Is blown and don't know how I can retrain myself after 35 years of car use 😂😆
Hi! I found your channel while searching for solutions to my nightmare and have been hooked at the amazing transformations I’ve seen you do. Truly awesome work and inspiring that there’s hope for this mess I found myself in for the last month. I recently bought a 2012 Subaru Outback with over 60K miles on it. It smelled a little funky on the inside but I saw scratch marks on the door and hair inside the vehicle and thought the smell must be dog pee and a good detail would solve the problem. I brought it to my mechanic who said it was good mechanically. Was not sure about the smell though. I go back to the dealer and said I’ll buy it as long as the smell is taken care of. About a week and a half later I pick up the car and they are detailing it that morning. I go smell it and I couldn’t smell anything. I sign some paperwork and drive away with my new car. I get closer to home about a half hour later and the smell is slowly returning. So I pull in my driveway and start looking around. The only thing I did not check was under the spare tire and I find a mouse nest. I vacuum that out and pray that’s all I find but the next morning the smell is back full. The dealership manager says they will take the car back to clean it. At this point I’ve pulled up the seats, stripped the trunk except for the rear quarter aprons and ceiling panel. We go back and forth and finally I tell them I’m done dealing with them because I wasn’t getting anywhere. I take it to a professional detailer near my house and they ran an ozone generator in it for 5 hours after a full interior detailing shampooing the carpet, the clothing the seats, treating the leather and the plastics. For a week after that I’m mostly smelling offgasses from the ozone treatment but the smell is still lingering. I check the cabin air filter and thankfully it’s clean and the blower motor and fan look clean too. Smell is faint from the vents and a little Lysol disinfectant spray did the trick. I check the engine air filter and the filter was clean and new but I see evidence of droppings inside the air filter box so I clean that out. The vehicle had a trailer hitch installed which I wanted removed and I learned about those vents behind the rear bumper panel that mice can use to enter the car. My mechanic takes the hitch off the car and removes the apron panels in the trunk. He finds “the mouse motel” and they’ve eaten away all of the insulation behind these panels. I take the car home with the trunk mostly stripped and begin cleaning everything until the sun goes down. The next morning I go out and sure enough the smell is still there. I pull down on the roof panel from the top and the underside of the panel is brown and there are mice droppings everywhere. I also see a mouse nest about halfway down the car under the roof panel. At this point I’m looking like Chevy Chase at the end of Christmas Vacation in my driveway swearing at what I can only describe as the Mickey Mouse Club House of a car. I go back inside and at this point I’m defeated. I don’t know what to do. I take a break and decide to bite the bullet and order all new interior panels for the rear quarter aprons and a new ceiling panel. The manager of the detail shop I had taken the car to called me later the next week to see how the car was. I told him the story and he told me to bring it to him again and he’ll strip the panels out and get them cleaned underneath so my mechanic can install the new parts. The car’s with him now and my mechanic has already received the parts to install so hopefully this nightmare is over. So yea, seeing your vids has certainly given my hope that my car isn’t a lost cause and had this not happened I probably wouldn’t have found your channel so there’s some silver lining! Awesome content and thank you as your videos have been helping me deal with this!
I’d never let the exterior of an Escalade get this dirty. Also the interior color choice isn’t that great and a dirt magnet. Hopefully the owner take better care of it
This detail is so incredible man, I think you’re the best on RUclips.. and Cadillac should throw in some real legit OEM floor liners considering the car is 150k.. especially with that color interior
Can you do a review on your products? I'm on the line of ordering your products but I don't know how the smell, the dilution, and what we can use what on what. I'm sure we'd all greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
Tony’s suburban was maroon. The first escalade he had was black that was the one he wrecked, avoiding that deer, when he took Adriana to go, see her dealer and Chris thought Adrianna was seeing Tony on the side. The second escalade Tony owned was whitish pearl.
Man Mitch ive gotta say that escalade turned out looking super clean and brand new plus not only that but we got an appearance from lord Mike himself which always makes the videos that much better keep up all the hard work your doing

The Escalady got a great clean up. Chris will be thrilled I am sure. Looks showroom new. The TEMU stuff is cool. I really like the handy tool to wipe the inside of the large windshield, definitely a good idea. This was refreshing as Chris seems to just drive and drive and not worry about the car. The inside was not full of garbage, just traffic dirt from use. You can sure see how the work you did the first time on this vehicle really paid off this time. The sale is still on and I can get more glass cleaner. Have a wonderful weekend, I hope spring is coming there too. 💜
Thanks Joel! Yep, Chris was thrilled! The Escalade looks deadly now! Spring is thinking about coming….snow is finally melting haha. Have a great weekend!
Willing to bet as soon as your friends sells this that this Escalade ends up in the states, as a Cadillac salesman in MN about 60-70% of our used Escalades were from Canada lol
