Loved watching your reaction! The Warrior Cats community is absolutely filled with dramatic and action packed MAProjects but if you're looking for a change of pace, I strongly recommend In The Middle by Owlipoppen. It's a very sweet and wholesome MAProject about three cats getting close through a shared connection!

AHA!!! YAY, HAWKSTORM!!
Some explanations / context:
-Firestar (the orange cat) wasnt trying to kill the kitten, he was saving him from the barn before the tornado hit it. The reason the kit ran away was because his sibling (the small black cat) died during the tornado and he blamed Firestar for his death because Firestar wouldn't let him risk his life to save the other kitten.
-The dead kitten's spirit lead Hawkstorm (the brown cat with a split face) to Firestar in hopes he'd save him from the fox trap and forgive him for what happened. Instead Hawkstorm got angry and tried to kill him, so Brambleclaw (the other brown cat) had to tackle Hawkstorm. Brambleclaw took off the fox trap but had to impale Hawkstorm through the throat when he tried to attack him next.
Extra note: in the beginning you'll notice hawkstorm scares a fox away from 3 kittens and picks up the black kitten specifically. The fox reminded him of firestar and the black kitten reminded him of his dead sibling which is why he saved them and picked her up specifically!
Also really recommend the Were-whisker Coyote MAP!! It's one of my favourites and was made by the same person who hosted this and cowboy mapleshade!

So this map is actually connected to a map you watched before, bramblefur. In that map, the brown cat brambleclaw got kicked out of his body and possessed by the grey cat Ashfur. Now in the credits of this map, brambleclaw (the greenish colored ghost) is asking hawkstorm for help in getting his body back from ashfur. Its all setting up a connected storyline

Also, if you’re looking for a more light-hearted video, you could try “Anything You Can Do” - it’s a much more comedic and goofy video about two cats who tend to bicker a lot (but end up falling in love later because of course ^^).
I also want to recommend “We Three Kings”. It’s about the birth of three kittens destined to be powerful prophecy heroes - one with the power to walk in dreams and read minds, one with the power to never be harmed in battle, and one with a darker path of pain and anger awaiting her.

@@LostSwiftpaw Oh wow, that’s really cool! :D I just looked up your part, I love how you animated them landing, especially the third cat, you can feel the weight of it. There’s just something so… epic about this MAP, it doesn’t have big grand battle scenes, but something about the epic swelling music, with the really cool StarClan designs surrounding the sisters with the kits, and the really realistically-proportioned newborn kittens for a fan project… I just love it. :D
I think if you read the descriptions before watching MAPs, it would probably be a lot easier and enjoyable for you to follow! Not every one of them have a little blurb written down, but each Cheeteh Z MAP has one at the top of the desc! It wouldnt spoil you for what would happen in the video, but it gives you some really needed backround information if you dont know anything about the books

Amazing! A great map that I love is the “Lay all your love on me” dove wing and tigerclaw map! The music is sosososoos good. I belive it’s hosted by roseshards but I could be wrong. I 100% reccomend it tho! Amazing video btw

But as everyone was saying it's better to read the script before you would understand what will be going on in a certain MAP project first. I hope that after some time you will start understanding most of the main timelines of this all story about warrior cats with all the creations what are coming from all the artists around the world. Dude- you're bringing a whole new fandom over here, and it's super cool! It feels so surreal when people watch our content that have never seen it before, a fresh pair of eyes, and it's just really fun!
Your channel is an excellent find! So interesting to see how the animations from these drama filled books translate into animation for folks who have never read the books.
I highly recommend Roxanne, it should help clear up the feelings you see between some of the characters.
I'll give you one big bit of insight. The majority of these animations revolve around a few of the best events, the power of three (the yellow, black, and grey kittens seen in this video) the sequel to that with the demon ghost cats (usually represented with red outlines), and conflict with brambleclaw, ashfur, and squirrelflight (the brown cat with yellow eyes, the silver cat with spots you seen in previous videos, and the orange cat you see the silver one simping after hard)
That's really all you need for now unless you want to keep digging.

Hey, I really just wanted to thank you for reacting to Warrior cats Maps! I myself have been following your channel for a while now and am just so excited whenever I see a reaction to a Warriors Map! I know I might be a bit late but I think you should check out the Map : "lost childhoods" by Marini, it's relatively new and very pretty. I also have the feeling that I'd would be a welcome change from all these more dramatic Maps! With that, have a great day.
i def recommand "Sunshine Ashfur map", "Do you love me" or Unravel Needmetail map".
As for this map in particular, it's a big ulternate universe map, most of the things in it do not happen in the books themselves
I'm not completely upt to date with this map, but i'm pretty sure it tried to combine Tigerstar's two canon litters into one.
In the books, Tigerstar had two littrers of kitten. One consisting out of Brambleclaw and Twanypelt, and one concisting out of Hawkfrost, Mothwing and Tadpole. in this AU map, they kept brambleclaw and Tadpole, but made them be from the same litter, and combined Tawnypelt and Hawlfrost into a new cat, resulting in Hawkstorm.
what basically happened in this map: When Hawkstorm was still a kit, he lived in ThunderClan with his two brothers. One day, he was playing in a barn with them when a tornado hit, Tadpole got trapped in the barn, and Hawkstorm had tried to save him, but Firestar (orange cat) didn't let him risk his own life. Hawkstorm had tried to escape him (hinch why you thought Fire tried to kill Hawk) bc he blamed Firestar for his brother's death. Years later, Tadpole's ghost would lead him to Firestar as he's dying. Still filled with hatred for this cat, Hawkstorm tries to kill Firestar, but Brambleclaw stops him, and kills Hawk.

The songs are nice and the artwork is awesome! I enjoyed so hopefully you will too!
This is one of my favorite maps so I'm so glad you watched it! Hawkstorm (the main cat in this vid) is actually a boy, and the other brown tabby cat is his long-lost brother c: I'm gonna keep recommending Scourge - Closer MAP as it's one of my favorites, a bit underrated imo.

Its a pretty old map, but i highly recommend "holy the sea". it has amazing animation and i just love the song.
love these reactions!! i know you're absolutely swamped with recommendations already but i wanna throw in two of my favourite warrior cats projects in terms of visual storytelling (to the extent where i don't think you even need to have read the books), which are Werewhisker/Coyotes MAP by Cheeteh Z (which is a little violent/gory, as typical of these, but absolutely gorgeous in terms of art direction and symbolism) and She Wants Me To Be Loved Thrushpelt amv by peppermint-moss which is pretty much tw free and a very fun watch! Both only focus on a couple of characters each, and are therefore very easy to follow imo! anyways, love your content, i'm glad you're enjoying these cat videos!!
OOH YAY HAWKSTORM! I love this map, I've been waiting for a reaction for a while, If you have the time maybe you can react to Closer, a Scrouge Map by Chocobir, or Everything Moves, a Sol map by Nifty-Senpai or the Were-whisker map also by Cheeteh Z, they are all amazing!

Great reaction as always! :D For a quick explanation of the video (if these are annoying or you’re not interested let me know, I just feel like these MAPs can be confusing without context) - when he was a kitten, the main cat, Hawkstorm (he’s actually a guy ^^) was playing with his brothers (the black kitten and the other brown tabby) in the building when it started to collapse, the orange cat actually saved him from the building, but Hawkstorm blamed him for his brother (the black kitten)’s death because he didn’t let Hawkstorm try to save him (even though there’s nothing he could have done to save him). Years later, the spirit of his brother led him to the orange cat caught in a fox trap, so Hawkstorm could save him just as the orange cat saved him all those seasons ago, but instead Hawkstorm tried to kill him as revenge for his brother’s death, even though it wasn’t the orange cat’s fault. His living brother ends up killing him to protect the orange cat.
Unravel Needletail map is a good one.

as far as i can tell you haven’t watched any wof maps, so how about the jaws/sharkstalker map? its just a spoof map but its really well made :) it has swearing if you don’t mind

Love watching your reactions. I’m so amazed by these animations and I love that there is just someone out there who spends time making content that really emphasises how stunning and outstanding these animators are. That was part of two maps that came out together, the other one was called Folking around ravenpaw map and I strongly suggest watching it. Another map I would reccomend watching is Good for you Ivypool map.
Travel feather also by cheetah Z is a complete masterpiece I would also heavily reccomend.

This an alternate universe map.
In the books, the main cat we see here is named Hawkfrost instead of Hawkstorm. He is half brothers with Brambleclaw, who is the big brown tabby we see alot in the map.
The orange cat is Firestar, who is actually a good guy!! He saves baby Hawk(Frost)storm from a collapsing barn during a tornado in this map, but one of Hawkstorm's siblings, Tadpole, dies in the incident. Hawkstorm blames Firestar for his sibling's death, and seeks revenge when he believes Tadpole's ghost is guiding him to do it.
He tries to kill Firestar when he finds him caught in a fox trap, but Brambleclaw comes to the rescue and has to kill Hawkstorm, unfortunately.
Suggestion for reaction: Needletail Duology part 1 and 2. It's very good.
