No matter how late I am, sitting on my bed and start using my phone for like 10 min is a routine that I need to follow
This is a conditioner mask that works to be done once a week. Normally you should just clip your hair up(so you don't get body wash in your hair when washing your shoulders and neck) while you wash your body and then rinse. If you get your split ends cut regularly and still struggle with dry ends I would recommend first checking how much shampoo you use on your roots. If you don't use an excess amount of shampoo you can use a leave-in conditioner which you can buy or make by mixing 1 part conditioner with 2 parts water. You just need to put a small amount on your hair ends, gently rub in, and don't rise. If it feels like you need to rinse the conditioner out it is because you put too much.
P.s you also can check what kind of shampoo your hair needs and compare that to what using
her lashes are so pretty 😭
They're fake tho lol
don’t do it for every shower, but it is good to soften your hair, if you use hair masks/conditioner for over an hour it will weaken your hair over time

Twice a week I sleep with hair masks in overnight….and my hair has been so dull and lifeless lately…. I feel like something is going wrong for me 😩

@@GG-ov8mu yes they do, it can be good once every few weeks, but too often will make your hair too soft and weaken strands, my sister and i learned that the hard way.

Try brushing your hair first before you wash.
As long as you wash it right, it always does that, not just with that routine. I just wash it normally and it comes out the same. It depends more on the product that you use, not how you use it
Bro no, cold water does wonders.
@@oyabun9650 for me that's literally the opposite lukewarm water makes my hair silky, bouncy and shinny. And cold water makes my hair frizz more
i started following the tips mentioned in this video after i first watched this video (which was a while ago) and i have noticed that my hair has been a lot less frizzy and a lot more silky/smooth ever since i started doing so! i definitely recommend brushing your hair before you wash it as well as shampooing the roots of your hair with a scalp massager because it will leave your hair a lot less tangled as well as super clean. i also suggest washing your hair at the beginning of your shower so that you can let your conditioner sit in the ends of your hair while you wash your face + body (i normally let my conditioner sit in the ends of my hair for fifteen minutes and then i rinse it out at the end of my shower). the biggest change that i made to my hair washing routine was washing my hair with lukewarm water rather than hot water, it is truly a game changer

She forgot to add that you must not put conditioner on dripping wet hair. The conditioner will not be able to completely absorb into the hair, it will just drip off with the water. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Thankyou, i always confused about this
ig i've been washing my curly hair wrong my whole entire life.
Didn't know that😭 thanks
Hair needs to be wet for the follicles to be open ma
nope! your hair is made to absorb water, not man made moisturizer, hence why the first ingredient in most conditioner is water... your hair will absorb much better when its wet, not to mention if the conditioner isn't diluted, it penetrates deeper at full power and weighs your hair down... this is for brown hair (or just curly/wavy/coily), white hair idfk
Thank you for this, my hair is ridiculously soft and silky.

My hairdresser (and i've heard a lot of hairdressers say this) said you are supposed to shampoo twice (because the first time its not cleaned properly).
That’s stupid lol
It's true. Even though I have short hair I shampoo my hair twice. I had hair thinning problem saw my doctor prescribed me oiling and and serum. She said that after oiling my twice.
I also do that
True. And shampoo 3 time when hair oiling.
That's right. On the first wash you aren't supposed to get bubbles. On second wash if you get bubbles it means your hair is clean.
As a hairstylist I can definitely say nope!! Wrong all wrong lol

Even better use a hair treatment as a replacement of the conditioner and it’ll be 100 times better. I recommend a protein treatment first and once that’s rinsed out I would also recommend a moisture to go on afterwards. I’m learning hairdressing and this is the first thing we learn

I like conditioning all my hair first before shampooing. Scalp included, it helps your hair to not be so tangled while washing, making it easier to put products in and stops breakage.

@@urvashisoni6761 "Soap nuts" are a wonderful, all-natural alternative to “healthy” hair shampoos. Whether you want to detox your hair or replace your current shampoo. Soapnuts or reetha are actually not nuts; they are just the dried fruit. They are anti-fungal and don't dry out your hair. Do your research before
Make sure to shampoo all of your hair or you may end up with residual buildup that could make it harder to braid. Ignore the person talking about "just let the shampoo run down" they know nothing about hair, especially ethnic hair.

Yuuuh
As someone with psoriasis on their scalp and extremely thick wavy hair, this is not 100% good for scalp health. Conditioner can’t go hear the roots/scalp which putting it in a cap will do. I 100% agree with only shampooing the roots/scalp as the ends get a lot less oily than the ends, especially if you touch/stimulate the folicals a lot. The length of time conditioner is left in depends on the state of my ends before the shower.
I was actually touching my hair and suddenly stopped after reading this.🤣
She has flawless skin 😍✨
I have silky hair from birth and its sooooo hard to style but I love them
Shampoo the roots and the shaft of your hair oils and dirt can still be lurking within the hair strands. Also, condition your entire head. After shampooing the natural oils from your hair gets stripped away so you want to condition the whole head.
I am not gonna stand in my shower for 30 minutes listening to music staring at the wall

hey yall i wanted to share my hair journey since ive only foud out somehting about my hair NOW
well i naturally have 2c-3a hair and i've always brushed it out to make it straight, then id get mad when it became overly frizzy and poofy. I thought i had to just use multiple products and to use oil on my hair, and it would gradually become frizz free overtime. But just TODAY at school i was talking about hair with my friends and i said "i saw some people said you shouldnt brush curly hair when its dry" and she basically told me that it was true, and that you need products like defigning cream and leave in conditioner. So tday i went to target and got a few products, im stil on my hair care journey but i hope you all to rememmber to love your hair type. if you have straight hair, love it and use the propper products for it. if you have curly hair, get involved in the curly hair community. good luck yall!
I fucking love you thank you so so much. (Sorry for cursing lol)
You're amazing❣🥰🤩
Yes I have wavy hair. If I am going for a curlier look I don’t brush my hair when I get out of the shower and I scrunch with products. That keeps the curl nice and defined. When you have curly hair and brush while it’s dry it’ll get really poofy. How curly is your hair? I would wash your hair and then use product while it’s wet and scrunch. If you shower at night you can use a spray bottle with water the next morning and use that to rescrunch to fix some of the curls that have gone flat and what not

A good way to wash your hair would be to first wash your hair twice, only on the roots and massage to make sure to really cleanse your scalp. Then you could condition your hair and leave it up while you cleanse your body. Rinse it out with cold water like in the video, totally optional, but some people have a hair mask and if you do, you can leave that up for about as long as you want, but I wouldn’t recommend using it every single day can really grease up your hair.
And use scalp oil to finish your hair off and then will come out gorgeous!
