When he faces Leon at the end of this series he almost wins on a trigger, but Leon gets a heal. That’s just the ones I remember off the top of my head.

I ended up playing Lamorak instead and using all my Counter Blast fodder to give him 30K, with a Counter Charge via Ballizal so I have 4 Attacks (2 from my Vanguard Sanctuary, one from Lamorak, and 1 from Wigstan). My opponent didn’t guard my first attack (even though Sanctuary was Critical with 2 Damage) because as long as I didn’t pull a Trigger in any of my 4 Drive checks, I was done for (they had enough to guard all 3 attacks that would come after my first vanguard, if I didn’t hit the triggers). First check was No Trigger. Second was a Critical. Even with a Heal trigger, they lost cuz it came too early to Heal (I always ley myself get hit a LOT early to cancel enemy Heal triggers).

Even she guarded 2 to pass, the critical will push any lanes to 25k+, which she will need 20 to guard (she will have only 15). By no guarding on VG, if she survives in anyhow, she will be able to guard if the opp didn't get the trigger, also she can guard less if she got one herself, saving those G1s and 2s for the playmaking next turn.
You are right. Misaki should guard 15k for the vanguard. The other 15k should guard for the other rear guards without the power up. It's unfortunate that Lee got a critical and no heal for misaki

Psyqualia was available to Aichi and Chris both, but Aichi chose not to risk using it knowing how psy "possessed" he and Ren before. So it's implied that they were evenly matched with or without Psyqualia, and Lo using the ability tilted that balance in his favor.
Chris has magnet Crocodile still standing and is attacking at 22k. The stand trigger seals that fate other wise aichi would have guard crocodile for 15k shield.
