I just found your channel, and I have trich too! I started at 13 and pulled pretty much all of the hair on the back of my head. It eventually grew back and I had long, beautiful hair again! Unfortunately, I started back up recently, and it's SO FRUSTRATING. My arm will literally start cramping from how much I'm pulling. Right now it's not showing too much, but I know that if I continue like this it will. :/

2:44 same I just googled it and found out that it was an actual thing. I started pulling the hair at the nape of my neck, and my eyebrows a few years back. I eventually stopped but then started again and now I pull my eyelashes, brows, knuckle hair, and my arm hair. It just comes naturally.
