  • A simple, light and soft dough for soft sandwiches, good and very versatile! You can use them to make burgers, maybe putting sesame seeds on the surface, or stuffing them for a party, a buffet or an aperitif!
    They are excellent fillings of both sweet and salty coase! And if you want to make finger food, just reduce the size.
    Of course, we can buy them ready, but do you want to put the satisfaction of kneading them, of seeing them rise, of smelling ikl perfume when they come out of the oven and saying to their guests: "I made them!"?
    If you prefer to use less brewer’s yeast, it will be enough to lengthen the leavening time and put the dough in a warm place (we, sometimes, turn the oven on at 50 for 5 minutes. Then we turn it off and put on our dough!).
