Did you mix your paint with a fabric medium or is it a paint made specially for cloth? Just asking because if it is just plain acrylic paint, it will not last color-wise.
What if your using black? I googled if acrylic paint will last on denim and it said yes so I said f it and started painting. It's done now but I haven't washed it currently waiting for it to dry 😬
@@netherstone3161 I always wash the garment ahead of time and line dry it. No dryer sheets or such. After painting, I use a hand towel or a plain pillowcase over the painted area and set it using an iron. But just to be safe. I always mix the paint with a fabric medium

Most likely fabric paint! It tends to dry faster than acrylic and can withstand a wash cycle!
