This new innovation is very cool and very usable on all forms of podcasting, broadcasting or voiceovers like my case.. the problem is that this mic in particular is very bright, even more than lct 440 /240 . At least as far I can ear from all the videos shown from reviews
@@WuchtaArt yes , I think we could say that. But have it in the mic , you don't need a plug-in or a physical compressor it is unique specially for live shows.
Hi there, RAY doesn't change your dynamics, so it's not a compressor at all. It adjusts your level and tone according to your distance to ensure consistent sound quality.

I don't think this is a new innovation, it seems to be just a compressor.

@@DrPedroCastroLopes for live shows the compressor is gonna pick up more of the room, which is not ideal

@@LEWITT-audio sounds like something good for bedroom recording.
cool demonstration
Thx! Glad you like it!
Would like to demo this to see how well it works
Very bright mic. If the mic itself would sound better (fuller, less harsh) I'd consider buying one. Pure Tube or LCT840 sound great though
All depends on the source you use it on and your personal taste. LCT 440 PURE is our most popular mic.
Wow
Why do you sound so cartoonish?
We escaped a cartoon, reverse Space Jam style
So the microphone has some sort of compressor built in?
RAY uses our sensor-based AURA Technology to adjust your level and tone according to your distance 😉
