The synergy between Octosari, Necrium Blade, and N'Zoth is unreal.
It works well with zephrys and lab recruiter, cause you shuffle stuff in the immediately overdraw it so Zeph is active again.

When a deck is so busted you can throw all kind of trash there and still win. In RoS they played Lackey rogue but with absolute trash cards as filler. Like Cho and treasure chests
