A Diamond from 1986, Glad to see He's Active and Performing !
This song kicks so much ass. Got turned onto it thanks to it's perfect use in Miami Vice. Awesome for lonely night drives from Las Vegas to LA.
pcnordy just got done watching that episode. Like you said. perfect late night cruising song.
@@zestydude87 yo tambien!
I first heard this song when my mom got me his greatest hits album. It was obscure and I had never heard, but I've grown to love it, and now it looks like it's becoming his 2nd "epic" beside Fly Like An Eagle. Don't stop Stevie.
Thanks Steve.Awesome song.My brotherhood does exactly the lyrics promote.Friendship Love Truth making world better pkace to live Peace to all.
Google search this song and you will find it on the soundtrack to a Miami Vice episode from the 80's.....this is where I first heard heard this song.
i fucking love steve miller and this song is fucking awesome as helllllllllllll
Great voice! This sounds better than the first, I think.
Miami vice. Classic. Brought me here
I saw Peter Frampton and Steve Miller on July 3rd.Amazing!
The way I Iike Steve.
Man. He still play that guitar really good. Not bad for being almost 70
He's 70 years old ?? ... By that age you're pretty much got freeze-dried and shove in a basement ? ...this guy is something I tell you !
about time he done this live
One of the great songs of the Seventies from of the great survivors!
Vidal Costa I hate to ruin your party, but this song was released in November 1986😩
Sorry for that, you're right of course, it is from the Living in the 20th Century álbum... my mistake.
This is from 1986
@@Waterboy831Long after the 70's was over.
I first heard this song on MTV in 1986. Steve was standing up on a platform with his face whited out on the video.
Thank you for the video! I did put it in my blog for today with total credit to you and, of course, Mr Miller and his band!!! Thank you so much!
Thanks for sharing this!
Great performance.
de los mejores artistas de estados unidos muchas veces subestimado, hay que escuchar sus primeros discos excelentes todos
A master plying his craft.
Should have his own wing in RnR Hall of Fame!
Steve Miller was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of fame in 2016
So why isn't Stevie "Guitar" Miller not in the RR HOF yet?
Love it 😍 juste perfect
yeah Brah' SM the man
I like this guitar driven version far better than the original, saxophone version. It was too Miami Vice
That was Kenny G
I disagree respectfully
@@taff6987 Preference is a personal choice. No one is right or wrong. I respect your differing opinion.
They didn’t have an option to play this version for a 60 second clip during one scene, it was only a 60 minute show.
I wondered if anyone would mention the guitar driven version. I like your take here, and the Don (Sonny) Johnson compliment. I as well thoroughly enjoyed Steve's mastery in this video, and his voice sounds pretty darn good for an old guy. However, the conversation between the guitar and the saxophone is what makes this song great, especially where the two come together and make peace somewhere about in the middle of the song and also in the intro, the sax can not be denied. But Steve just showed us he can make it a great song saxless, because it's just a great song and he's a prodigy. Peace!
melodia ... show.
Where’s the rest of the concert ?
like most rock songs on the 80s and rock songs in the 70s we were told as teenagers Satan's music....wrong wrong wrong. poor ozzy the song war pigs was an anti war song
Should be Donald Trump 's song on his campaign ❤🎉😂
Sadly, I think SM is a Trumper.
